I had used this Salon in the past and had a good experience. This last haircut was a total disappointment. I told the hairdresser repeatedly I don't want my hair short. My hair is not long, I just wanted it shaped.
I have thick hair and liked the style I had. She gave me her version of what my hair should look like, disregarding my instructions.
I will never go back and my hair will take 4 months to get back to what I like.

They've introduced a new system "Tippy" for leaving a tip on a credit card. I'm highly irritated that I was not informed that I, the client, am now paying for processing credit card fees for tipping my hair stylist for a service they provided me! It also changes the fee based on how much you're tipping! Not to mention that my card is already saved on file for the salon charge (which is also new) then I have to pull out another card in order to use this kiosk.

I see Lisa Purinton, the salon owner, at Salon Madeleine. My hair has never looked or felt better. I have baby fine, wavy dark auburn hair, naturally. Lisa has fulfilled my blonde dreams. The color is beautiful & I get compliments on it all the time. The cuts are easy to style on my own & I just love the Aveda products they use. I highly recommend them.

Spur of the moment hair cut. Was in the area and my normal place could not accomodate because they were busy and over-booked. This salon was well run and well staffed with professionals who were obviously happy to be there. A first class establishment and a happy accident on my part. I plan on making this place a regular stop. Just for the review, I am male and they were perfectly adept at offering haircuts for men. Very pleased with the service and the interactions with all of the staff. Would highly recommend this business.

Soooo nice and clean. Everyone is extremely friends. Sammi does an amazing job; color and cut and highlights etc. she really listens to what you like and want. She works well w pictures and great w consulting and ideas. Creative and amazing. Vivian is awesome w facials and eyebrow shaping. Sooo glad I found this salon!!!
