Terrible experience! Dishonest about what insurance was accepted, initially said insurance was accepted when making appointment, then said it wasn't at the time of appointment. I offered to pay cash because I would of lost more taking off work again but they wouldn't accept cash or card. The doctor acts like a security guard, I later found out that they did accept insurance after I was rejected from practice. The receptionist made a mistake and refused to correct it and doctor went along with it.

I have NOTHING negative to say about All Around Physical Therapy! The staff is AMAZING... they treat you like a Best Friend (I was going to say “family” but sometimes Family doesn’t always treat you so well). My Daughter, My Aunt & Myself are All Around Physical Therapy Fans! They don’t only provide physical therapy, but they provide emotional therapy to give you the confidence & motivation to be the best version of yourself! No matter how pain you’re feeling going in, you ALWAYS leave feeling better than you did going in!! It may sound crazy, but the staff makes Healing Fun!! I have

When I came here in April 2018 I was totally dependent upon my walker. We projected me to walk independent from the walker by the end of August. As of this date 8/30/18 I am walking without a cane or walker in our apartment and only use the walker for longer distances. THANK YOU VERY MUCH ALL AROUND PHYSICAL THERAPY STAFF.

Service was okay. But didn't want to listen when I hurt myself in an exercise still in pain from that one exercise . But that is okay. Services were fine though. Polite and listened to a point . But when it comes to billing, they state they send a bill every month. Never received one while attending and just received my 1st bill almost 9 months after my therapy was over and have me late 120 days. I have paid something on visits when I was going the bill doesn't even show all the payments. Which they insist it does. Shows 2 payments. My podiatrist recommended Anthony at All Around PT, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was my first time doing PT, and Anthony really took the time to get to know my problem and did an excellent job not only educating me about my problem and what our exercises were doing, he took his time and really worked hard to incorporate as many helpful elements during our sessions as time allowed. He was extremely flexible and accommodating with my schedule and has convenient locations. We went to his Strongsville location, and had access to a lot of weight machines at the workout facility

due to a rehab gone wrong after a total knee replacement. It was due to his excellent reputation combined with his positive & motivational approach. He makes you want to work hard for him. My 2nd orthopedic surgeon held Anthony in high regard. Anthony will improve your physical well being & leave with a smile on your face! I also noticed the positive vibes once I walked off the elevator for the first time. He has surrounded himself with a staff that mirrors his traits & values.
