We just moved from the Bay Area to Austin a few months ago and needed a solid pest management company plus professional to help with these pests from Texas. We have lived in Leander for about 18 months and have been through three pest control companies with A-Tex now as the fourth. Just the first treatment by A-Tex but it is easy to see how much more knowledgeable and thorough the treatment was compared to the others - inside, layers of treatment outside, and dust the attic. Our Technician was David and he did more in one treatment than all the other technicians combined. We will see if the bugs and scorpions notice the difference. At least I feel like this was a sincere effort to help us get some relief from the critters.

ATEX has been so phenomenal in helping me with my pest problem. They even came out 3 times to knock down wasp nests. Travis comes to my house usually and he's so nice to work with. He always gives me tips to prevent bugs and even helped check my weather stripping. He also went above and beyond and helped show me where my water cut off was, for a first time home owner Travis really sets the gold standard.

My friend highly recommended A-Tex to me, so I requested a quote on yelp. I received their message pretty fast. They told me that they would charge $225 for initial and $115 each quarter. The initial price shocked me since it almost double the price other companies gave. However, because my friend highly recommended them and I really like their photos on Yelp, I called them this morning to double check the quote.

From start to finish I was impressed how the A-Tex team handled our request. After submitting an inspection request online, Chris came out the next day, gave me a run down of the cause of the ant issues and the sources. He gave great tips in addition to the rundown of services they could provide. Within an hour I had a service appointment scheduled and the front office followed up to work out additional logistics. Tevin has come to our house twice now and he's great. He's nice, works quickly yet efficiently and let's you know what he did on the property or if he found anything. He's also always been kind to answer any of my questions.
We've been so happy with A-Tex's services as a whole. Their customer service is quick to schedule, and this time in particular I appreciated how they were able to squeeze us in on short notice due to an ant problem.

I contracted A-Tex for a number of years on a rental property to help with a recurrent/persistent rat problem. Although they never seemed to be effective at catching rats or preventing infestations, and their warranty never seemed to actually apply for whatever reason, I kept using them because my property management firm believed in them and, well, inertia I guess.
This all changed recently when a new tenant reported rodent activity a couple of months ago. Again, the warranty (that I paid for annually) didn't apply for one reason or another. Ok, brand new charge again.

Thank you A-Tex pest management. Thank you for sealing my attic as I have not had any visitors since you serviced my home. The raccoons checked out. The roof rats can not get in and my attic smells better too.
If you have any rodent problems, please call this company. They are professional, courteous and keep you informed of all visits and work being performed. The pricing was reasonable for the amount work it took to care for my home. I would definitely use them again.

Big shout out to Jason, one of the owners for A-TEX Pest Management. He quickly arranged a house service for a newly purchased home. Their user interface is super easy to use and convenient for the customer. They did an excellent job, and we set them up on quarterly service. These guys are the best. Super responsive when you have an urgent issue like raccoons setting up shop inside your walls. They generally don't charge you just to come out and discuss the situation. This was nice when I thought I had rodents in the Attic but turned out to be squirrels outside on the roof. That's something you can't treat but at least they didn't charge me to tell me that. Prices are reasonable. Specifically asked for Eric is absolutely the best
