The classroom learning materials are placed on open shelves for selection as interest and readiness that inspires the child. Our outdoor environment offers a beautiful developed playground with climbing structures, sand play, water play, painting, tricycles, and gardens. The Montessori curriculum is the base of our studies, covering the educational needs of Preschool & Kindergarten children ages 18 months to 4 years.

Services
A-List Montessori is located in Culver City that provides a safe and peaceful learning environment for our preschoolers. Our intimate school also gives the child the necessary tools to develop and grow in their academics. The Montessori classroom provides a prepared environment in which the child can choose their desired learning materials.
Organized program for learning care of self and environmentserving self food, wiping a table. Child can work where they chose, move around and talk at will (yet not disturb work of others); group work is voluntary. Organized programs for parents to understand the Montessori philosophy and participate in the learning process.
We highly recommend for all new applicants to attend a least one session of the A-List "Acclimation Program". The A-List "Acclimation Program" is once a week for 4 weeks. The hour and a half classes are designed to introduce toddlers and their parents to the Montessori environment. Participating in this program can help ease the transition into our regular preschool program.
Birthday Parties can be celebrated at the school by providing lunch at 11:30 a.m. or snack at 2:30 p.m. Parents need to provide all supplies for the celebration. If lunch is part of the celebration, parents need to post a notice on our bulletin board the day before so children will not bring lunch that day.

I can't say enough good things about A-list. Byanka helped get both of my children enrolled quickly and helped them grow more than I could have imagined. My kids literally ran into the school everyday happy, there was never a tear, not even on the first day. The environment at A-list is so warm and welcoming, it was a privilege to be a part of the family.
On the academics side, my 4 year old has learned so much. We relocated to Florida and her new teachers were blown away at how advanced she was. My 2 year old son is way ahead verbally and is an active communicator, speaking in full sentences

I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful school and its head teacher, Miss Byanka. My son was at another large preschool in Culver City and was miserable and as soon as I met Miss Byanka, I knew we had found the perfect place for him! She is SO kind, caring, and enthusiastic. Every day we drop our kids off I feel so, so fortunate that we found this school. Miss Byanka is truly one of a kind and her staff is also excellent. Best school ever!!!

We love A-List Montessori. My daughter has been attending this school for 8 months. Since then, the things she's learning and the connections she's making in her life is astonishing. Although, I do believe my daughter would be learning quickly in any quality preschool so what's the difference? The genuine passion, drive and love Mrs Byanka shows for each child, their learning process and the Montessori methods. Byanka can talk about child development all day with excitement and enthusiasm and is constantly striving to further her own knowledge as a teacher. Her passion is rare

Ms. Byanka is caring, kind, smart, funny and most important a wonderful teacher. Our son was lucky to be in her class for his preschool years. I would recommend Ms. Byanka to any parent that wants their child to get a head start on learning. She provides education with fun and includes every child. Having a place that feels like home while teaching is a true find!

There are not enough stars to give Byanka, the school's founder and head teacher. She taught both our kids at her previous school - she's a wonderful teacher who shows the kids so much love, it's amazing. At the same time, she's serious about their education and preparing them for kindergarten and beyond.
