There is a vet I absolutely love there. Another one, I'd never see again! The customer service is horrid. My cat was placed on prescription food. I have always ordered from Chewy. Parrets called in ONE MONTH of prescription food. The next order, I was told I had to pick up from Parrets (an hour drive/2 hours total), accept a long delivery time & pay shipping fees or PAY a FEE for them to call in a prescription. Obviously, they tried to force me into purchasing from them & it wasn't convenient. In 30 years, this has never happened with other vets. I'm searching for a new vet. One that REALLY cares

I've taken my puppy here since May. At first they were kind and responsive. You had to wait in the car but it wasn't too bad. I was happy with the care they gave my pup.
Then things really started to go down hill with getting questions answered. They didn't respond all the time, at times they were very rude responding (acting like questions were stupid), and they gave bad/inaccurate information.
I called yesterday because my pup wasn't feeling good. I explained that he wasn't eating, drinking, and was getting sick. I let them know with the holiday coming up I wanted him to be seen. They said

Been a longtime customer here...over 10 years...staff are some of the nicest I've been around. They always make my Pug feel like he is at home. Their pricing is super affordable, I appreciate being able to get care for my dog that isn't breaking the bank! If you are within a 45 minute drive do yourself a favor and give them a call!
