She formed Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. in 1990 at a time when there were very few women-owned commercial real estate companies in the Twin Cities.

In 1990, Pat Wolf opened the doors to Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. as a woman-owned and operated business at a time when there were very few women-owned commercial real estate companies in the Twin Cities, a real pioneer and trailblazer of her time. Pat's goal is to make all the properties under the management of Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. the most professionally managed and operated office buildings in the Twin Cities.

Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. was a leader in the healthy building movement for decades, well before wellness and sustainability was a trend. Early on, we incorporated wellness and sustainability practices in The Golden Rule Building and 81 On Seventh in downtown St. Paul.
We continued those practices when we redeveloped The 428, the first building to be awarded both WELL Gold Certification and LEED Silver Certification for Core and Shell in the Region, and was the first USGBC Building Health Leadership Award recipient in the Country.
