For my birthday I had 2 of my trees trimmed and dead limbs removed. There were a lot of limbs growing around power lines and needed to be removed. My walnut tree had grown all into the neighbor’s yard and limbs needed to be removed. The crew got here at 8:00 sharp and wished me a Happy Birthday and then got down to business. Very personable group, very professional, great clean up, careful with flowers. We can’t say enough good things about them. Major high five! (This is our 3rd time using them).

I had the folks at Indiana Tree Service come out and look at a Maple tree I had concerns with. They provided options and quote for services. I chose to have the tree removed. The crew showed up on the appointed day and removed the tree, cleaned up the mess, and came back the next day to grind the stump. Summary: great people to do business with at a fair price. I will be recommending them to my son who needs some tree work done.

Never even showed up for estimate.
According to their website, they charge a $35 fee if they "show up for an estimate and someone is already doing the work."
This probably happens because people get tired of waiting and assume they're just not coming.
I called on a Thursday, and he said he'd be able to estimate on Monday or Tuesday. He never showed up. I called on Wednesday, and he insisted he was busy but would be over on Thursday. It's now Friday. Over a week, three promised days, three no-shows.
This tree isn't going to remove itself, and apparently, he's not going to remove it either. As
