I have never left a review before and it has taken me several months to leave this one. I was not impressed with the work. The sales guy was very nice and friendly and great to work with. However, the garage door was not centered and, therefore, leaves a gap on the the side for rain and snow, and the silver edge shows when the garage door is closed and does not look good. When I called about these concerns, I was told I could get the weather stripping and it would take care of these problems. When I ordered the weather stripping I was told they could not install it for me because their saw had

I wish I could leave 6 stars! Shawn came out and not only got my door fixed (on a Saturday at last minute notice), but provided some great advice on how to maintain our door. He even came all the way back (after leaving) to remedy some other issues I forgot to ask about. Unbelievably friendly, courteous, helpful, and informative. I can't recommend Garage Door Utah enough!
