From the moment of arrival the staff treat you with respect, dignity and are eager to be helpful.
Dr Ashley Williams is kind, professional, and greatly skilled. I was amazed with the level of assessment she performed. I'm a medical doctor and I would be delighted if any of my colleagues would ever treat patients as well as Dr Williams does.
Regarding the assessment and treatment I felt that I was in very capable hands. That I got instant relief from the pain I sought their help for might influence my rating here. That they had a concrete plan for moving forward after the first visit was a breath

I've noticed Yelp reviews for males at this clinic are good, but my experience with a woman on staff was very poor. (Note: I am a woman. Gender isn't the problem.) I went for pain in my neck. I had had contact with this same woman over a year ago for a back problem and found her to be mediocre. I should have listened to my own past advice. She gave me a very cursory exam, then proceeded to worsen my neck problem. My neck sounds like a bowl of Rice Krispies now, and is causing me far more pain. If I ever go to this clinic again (highly doubtful!), I will make sure to get a different practitioner

I have been a long time patient with Dr Moses and recently switched to Dr Williams which allowed flexibility in my crazy schedule. I must say I was impressed after my first appointment. She was focused, sought feedback, communicated well, but most important the results after just one visit were amazing.

Wow, where do I begin with how much better my body (pelvic and hip area) feel less than two months since being seen by Dr. Ashley Williams at Arlington Pain Center. Her expertise and tips make it easy to understand about pain in my body and to practice movements and stretching at home. Additionally, I just appreciate the whole staff on site! Carla, Summer, and Shelley create a lovely atmosphere with water and coffee available as well as a lovely fragrance diffuser each time I visit! It’s a special community of healers, and I am incredibly grateful to be feeling better in my body and giving myself

Dr Mike and Dr Ashley are true balanced professionals in that they take the time and listen. Their approach is individualized and they are each different in their approach as they are equipped with their own gifts. The front desk staff is so welcoming and helpful taking intake and setting the clients up in the mobility room - foam rolling, tennis ball etc to get the tissue to be less reactive. Such an excellent find… thanks to a dear friend.

I have seen a chiropractor for the past 25 years of my life. Michael Moses by far is one of the best chiropractors with whom I have ever worked. Not only is he thorough and kind he always gives me helpful tips to keep me flexible and out of pain. I will never need surgery as a result of his care.

RUN. I have been fighting billing issues with them for OVER A YEAR AND A HALF. They have been horribly unprofessional, delayed, caused so many miscommunications and headache that I have never ever once before experienced with any healthcare provider or business in my entire life. My first bill wasn't even sent until over eight months after my last date of service. They didn't even try to properly bill my insurance providers, came up with every excuse in the book, and gave a series of backwards excuses every single time.

After all this time and promises to get back to me with updates

Without any hesitation, I would recommend Dr Moses, Summer and the team at AP&R. They are an exceptionally caring team who are sincerely concerned about their patients. I recall many instances which exemplify this, including the day I had a bad fall playing tennis & I called to reschedule my appointment. As soon as Dr Moses heard this news, he called to check on me & also advised me how to care for the injuries etc. The fact that he was after a long tiring work day didn’t stop him being truly concerned.
A rare GEM of a practice, who for me top the list as the very BEST service provider I have

Been coming here for a year and a half now.
When I started consulting Dr. Moses, I had severe joint and muscle pain due to an injury. However, I've been able to make significant improvements over the past year thanks to the work put in by him and his team. He knows exactly what he's doing and his team has been nothing short of wonderful - calm, patient, and very accomodating.

I’ve known and have been treated by Dr. Moses for over 20 years! I’ve never met anyone in the medical profession more genuine, forthright, honest. At the same time has never failed to heal all my ailments over the years. Dr. Moses consistently shows that he cares more about people than he does about the almighty dollar. I guarantee you you won’t regret the decision you’ve made to allow him to treat you!

I had a side impact car accident 25 years ago resulting in a chronic whiplash injury that almost none of the 30-40 various practitioners of all types I saw could help except by prescription of a muscle relaxer. The only other chiropractor who ever helped me briefly when I was working in Philadelphia referred me to Dr. Moses years later after I had a fall which further injured my neck. When I landed in Dr. Moses' office, I was on death's door in excruciating pain in my neck and back with almost no cervical and upper back mobility and severe fibromyalgia symptoms. I did not know how I

I have been coming to see Dr. Moses for over ten years. To say this man has saved my life from excruciating pain would be an understatement. He is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He imparts that wisdom to you, by telling you what is wrong, what the treatment plan is, and what to do at home to help relieve your pain. His staff goes overboard to make your visit pleasant, and without exception, over the years, they all have been extremely friendly. I have tried other chiropractor / physical therapists before, but this practice has been the absolute best.

I started going to APR 6+ years ago after experiencing pain in my shoulder blade. My wife had already been going to APR for over a year, and she said..."Go see Moses." Well, not only did he properly diagnose and fix my issue, but he spent a large amount of time working with me on proper posture while sitting, walking, exercising, etc. I see Moses once a month now for adjustments, and when I have other issues, Summer (his fabulous teammate) gets me scheduled for these "emergency visits."

I have referred over 8 folks to Moses (including Mommy!) and all are pleased...and

I have had such a great experience with Arlington Pain & Rehab and Dr. Collins. I came in not being able to do some of my favorite activities due to a shoulder injury, and she has helped me alleviate much of the pain, and taught me how to manage and prevent my condition. Dr. Collins (and all the staff I've interacted with too) is pleasant and personal and makes coming in enjoyable. I'll be sad not to visit regularly, but definitely pop in when I need to be 'fixed up'.

Kyle Reeb is excellent. I've enjoyed working with his team as well. Some tips to make your visit effective: ask about the purpose of the the electric device in the next room and; ask the time frame of the pain to heal and what you can do outside of the session. It's a good idea to set expectations on each side so you don't blame the practice in case the healing is slower than planned (and it almost always is).

Dr. Sarah is a healer, through and through. The moment you meet her, when she looks at you with her wise eyes, you know you will be taken care of.
I came in a state of emergency having dislocated my jaw and desperate for relief, not having gotten any real help from my dentist, or urgent care. In the first session, Dr. Sarah used massage and electric pulses to help improve thoracic mobility and reduce neck muscle tension.
In our second session, she did dry needling and seems to have a full bag of tricks that are helping me through this painful period. I can't wait for my next appointment

I've gone to see Dr. Kyle twice now and he is always super personable and very knowledgeable/helpful. I always leave sore (as expected!) but feel great the next day. I will continue to see him every few weeks to make sure my back / shoulder pain continues to stay in check, since I sit at a computer all day.

After I broke my foot last fall and spent months in a boot and knee trolly, Stacy Snow patiently worked with me as my physical therapist and encourager to be able to walk again.

I really appreciated Stacy's calm demeanor even when I was frustrated, and her creative ideas and approaches for challenges with my ankle that led to real breakthroughs! After sessions, she sent me follow up emails that described the exercises we had gone over in our session. And Morgan at the Arlington Pain and Rehab front desk who managed all the appointments was always responsive and kept us organized. It was

After my initial review, Dr. Kyle (who I didn't really deal with during my first interactions here) reached out to me, and I returned to Arlington Pain and Rehab. He spent a lot of time communicating with me via email and in-person during the appointment, and I felt more confident in their services after that. I'll admit the nature of the volume of chiropractic appointments typically needed is tough to arrange with my schedule, but I would feel comfortable working with Dr. Kyle again.

I've been coming here for a few weeks to work on some pain in my upper back. These people are awesome! It was super easy to make a first appointment. They take my insurance, which helps a lot. Everyone is super friendly and best of all, my back feels much better in less time than initially predicted. They've also given me great tips on stretches and things I can do to avoid pain in the future.

This review has been a long time coming. Last fall (Oct/Nov 2016), I was raking leaves, bent down to throw a ball for my dog, and completely threw out my back. I am 31 and had never experienced that before. Dr. Logan was recommended to me by a friend so I gave him a call. He was able to fit me in and my back began feeling improved immediately.

I think of Dr. Logan and the whole practice as a more holistic approach to chiropractic care than other places I've been - he doesn't just crack you're back, he helps stretch and work on the muscles, shows you exercises to continue your rehab

Dr. Moses is fantastic! I have been going to him for 6 years, and when I moved from Alexandria to Germantown several years ago I continued to drive an hour in traffic back down to Arlington to see him for appointments because that's how awesome he is! He is wonderful at diagnosing and correcting back and muscle issues, and he spends the time getting to know you and remember your concerns from appointment to appointment. He is also just an all-around genuine nice guy! I'm extremely sad to have to find a new chiropractor now that I am moving to California. If you choose to go to Dr. Moses

I was always skeptical of chiropractors and thought it wasn't for me. But then I injured myself during a Crossfit workout and could not walk or do anything without severe pain. I was referred to Dr. Josh at Arlington Pain and Rehab by a friend. At this point I would've tried anything! My initial visit was at their office off of Lee Highway. As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly by Ali. She was very personable and lowered my anxiety levels immediately. Dr. Josh was great and has a superb bedside manner. He explained everything to me and stressed that I would get better.
