Bonding is a popular method to enhance the aesthetics of your smile. Bonding can be used to correct cracks or gaps in teeth, as a filling after a cavity has been removed, or to cover up stains or discolored teeth. A composite resin is used on the affected tooth or teeth. It is molded and sculpted over an adhesive gel that is placed on the tooth.
Dental bridges are a great way to replace missing teeth. Your existing teeth are used to literally create a bridge to cross the area where your tooth is missing. Bridges are made from gold, metal, alloys, or porcelain to ensure that they are strong and durable. The process of creating a bridge begins by creating abutments out of your existing teeth where the bridge will be attached.
The process of installing a crown takes 2-3 visits to the dentist. On the first visit the tooth will be reshaped by filing down the enamel so that the crown can be placed over it. You will be given a local anesthetic before this part of the procedure so that you do not experience any discomfort. Once the tooth has been reshaped, a mold will be taken of that tooth and the surrounding teeth.
Dentures are a replacement for missing teeth that can be removed and put back into your mouth as you please. Depending on each individual patient case, they may receive full or partial dentures. Full dentures are used when all of the natural teeth are removed from the mouth and replaced with a full set of dentures.

I was eating breakfast while on vacation in Spring Lake and a veneer from a front tooth came off. This left me with half of the original, discolored tooth and an empty space below it. Since we were driving home that day, I called my regular dentist. I explained the situation and was given an appointment for a week later! My husband called an officiating colleague from the area and was referred to Dr. Hannah. Considering the current situation, I wasn’t very optimistic. I called the office and explained the situation. To my great surprise and delight, Dr. Hannah agreed to see me that same day!

Dr. Hannah has been my family’s dentist for 21 years. He is a perfectionist and it shows in every aspect of his practice. Before performing any work on my teeth, he talks to me and explains the procedure in detail. His enthusiasm for his work is remarkable. Throughout any procedure he continually asks how I’m doing. He genuinely cares about his patients, their comfort and takes the time to get to know us beyond our oral health. My tooth broke late last night and I called Dr. Hannah's office this morning. I thought that I would need a crown or possibly loose the tooth and need an implant. If nothing else, I thought it would take several visits to fix my problem. Within an hour of arriving at Dr. Hannah's office, he had the tooth cleaned up and was able to rebuild it completely. I was in NO pain at any time and out the door in 60 mintues. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Hannah. He is a meticulous doctor and takes extreme pride in his work.

Dr. Hannah has been my dentist as long as I can remember going to the dentist. Even though I now live 3000 miles away, I plan my dental visits any time I'm in the area visiting. The crew at this office has been there just as long as I've been going there, and they're the only ones I trust with those terrible sharp metal poker things. Most recently, they fit me in the day before a holiday, and got a problem tooth taken care of and pain-free in a flash.

I was new to the area and had a terrible toothache. I needed a dentist that provides nitrous oxide as I suffer from severe anxiety.Dr. Hannah was the only dentist who offered nitrous in the area. The office manager Marlene was very sympathetic and I was given am appointment the same day. I have experienced many complicated dental procedures, but I must say that Dr. Hannah put my mind at ease. He was wonderful, needless to say, and the nitrous calmed my anxiety. The dental assistant was awesome. I will definitely return for future visits. Keep up the great work!

I have been coming to see Dr. Hannah and his wonderful staff for the past 9 years. I truly enjoy coming in for my 6 month cleanings and check ups and when I walk through the door, I feel that this is the happiest place on earth! Dr. Hannah promotes proper oral hygiene and doesn't make you feel pressured to have major work done, like some other dentists that I've gone to. I was referred to Dr. Hannah by a friend and I have referred others as well and they all have great things to say.
All in all, I've always had a great experience visiting Dr. Hannah and his staff!
