Worst towing company EVER!!!!!!! Driver called five minutes before and said on his way, the owners wife got on the call and hung up!!! Left me stranded in a middle lane on a busy blvd during peak traffic!!!!!!
I called and spoke to the owner and when I asked his name he hung up! DONT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!! Worst customer service EVER.

The receptionist who contacted me regarding the unfortunate event of my truck being towed, was extremely rude, I was charged a fee of $20.00 for her rude service on top of a ridiculous fee for holding my truck for 5 minutes. When she called, she never stated where she was calling from, no caller ID, and didn't even provided me with her name, even when I very professionally asked. My complaint and unfortunate low rating is due to this female receptionist who has no phone etiquette. She yelled at me over the phone and offered no assistance. If I had the option to give zero stars I would. I hope

Rude service- absolutely horrible phone receptionist- screw this place. You know, I am a very calm person and would never write a terrible review unless I needed to. I called because My friends car was towed by my house. This lady lacked sympathy, didn't know how to properly and effectively communicate. She said she could NOT tell me her name and could NOT provide me with the owners contact or could even give me a number to get further assistance. Pathetic- useless tow company. Perhaps a manager or the owner can contact me directly, because who they have as a receptionist is ineffective at

This is the type of used car lot you usually only go to when you can't buy a car anywhere else. This type of place usually treats people with little respect, knowing they don't have anyplace else to go. However, this was the exact opposite of the treatment I received. They sold me one car which turned out to be a lemon but they made it right by moving me into a nicer car which I am still driving over a year later. The salesperon (Martin) and the "boss" (Mohammad - not sure if he's owner, GM or some other title) have always been great to work with. They have both gone out
