Platinum Tow and Transport was founded with one truck in 2002. Soon after we became a Law Enforcement impound garage. Through hard work and dedication to our customers we have multiplied our growth year after year. Our core business has always been the transport of cars. My car was towed after an accident. They were closed on the weekend and closed for the holidays. When I could finally get in to see my car I had an almost 1,000.00 bill. When I called the girls were rude, dismissive and vague about what I needed to do. I understand now because by not informing the customer they are making a killing. Very dishonest practice. This is a kin to loan sharks or pay day loans. Very unethical. Steer clear of this place at all costs!

This company has my vehicle impounded and I was trying to explain to the girl that I was talking to on the phone that I unfortunately tested positive for COVID recently so I was not able to physically come into the office in person to pay to get my vehicle towed. The lady on the phone was NOT sympathetic at all! She was pretty rude to be honest. For someone who said she was a “manager” this is honestly HORRIBLE customer service!!!

Worst experience! Vehicle was towed from scene. Vehicle is a total loss I showed up to the yard to get belongings and pay excessive storage and all those extra fees they like to charge just because they feel they can ! I didn’t keep the car because it’s a total. Was called a liar. When they weren’t paying attention to what was being done. I dealt with Lucy and Kim. Just an FYI ! people are already dealing with a lot when in these situations and to have to come to these places and deal with even more miserable people is un acceptable. If you don’t like your job get a new job ladies !

On Tue Jun 2 , I got a call from the lot where we store our motor home, telling me the catalytic converters had been stolen. I called AAA and they sent over Platinum. Richard was great. He arrived withing 30 min. He was polite, professional, and very thoughtful on the best way to load up our rig because it sits pretty low. Thank you Richard for making a difficult time more bearable.
