Dr. B caught my attention on YouTube doing educational videos on benzodiazepine addiction/dependence. I’ve struggled off and on with this issue for years, and was under the care of a group of Dr’s that had a complete lack of compassion and understanding when dealing with benzodiazepine dependence and withdrawal. I was so desperate for help that I flew from Indiana to California to see Dr. B. I was amazed by how compassionate and knowledgeable he was. He immediately knew what the issue was and how to solve it. I’ve been seeing Dr. B for the past 6 months and it has absolutely changed my life

I didn't realize it then but meeting Dr. Banimahd almost 6 years ago feels like divine intervention. I've never been treated like such a friend, with absolutely zero judgement, by any doctor until I met him. I could call this man anytime for any reason and he would be there for me in ways I didn't know I needed. He goes above and beyond, the most selfless person I know who has helped me financially, with housing, additional therapy and most importantly showed me an alternative path to sobriety. My daughter, Misty, struggled with addiction for years! She has M.S. and this story goes like many others you’ve heard before! Her pain management doctor mismanaged her pain medication. Dr. Banimahd is THE BEST addictionologist physician I have ever seen. I say that with some experience. I have seen countless "Addiction Specialists" or "Suboxone Doctors" in my day but not one had the knowledge and understand of addiction that Dr. Banimahd has. He is compassionate and truly cares for his patients. He will listen to you and take everything you have to say into consideration when it comes to deciding your course of treatment. I just can not say enough good things about Dr.B and Zephyr Medical. The office staff is so wonderful and has the same caring compassion that the Doc himself
