My wife and I recently hired Mohawk Moving and Storage to help us pack, move, and store a large house full of furniture and precious belongings. The experience with the team of people assigned to us from Mohawk was absolutely excellent. Please allow me to explain since so many things went well.
First, our salesperson, Bob Kane, was responsive and… helpful in preparing a detailed quote for the pack, move, and storage of our many items. He offered many helpful suggestions of things we could do ourselves and how best to prepare for the move. I haven't got the final numbers yet, but I think

They never showed up on our moving day despite me confirming 2 days prior. When we called they blamed us for not having a contract which they never sent us and confessed they hadnt sent us but continued to blame us for that. They told us they could get movers to our house next week....thanks but no thanks, not sure if they understand that when you sell your house and need to move out it's because the new owners are moving in and not whenever mohawk decides...terrible company
