I was there about a month ago & I had surgery done the hotel was clean, the room our nice & pretty the staff's our nice & respectful they also help with people In need of help after surgery. The house keepers Lilliana & Malena on the 2nd & 3rd floor our such good helpers they always ask if we need help with anything I definitely recommend anybody to ask for them if they stay at this hotel malena & lilliana our always willing to help no matter what.

I stayed there a month in a half ago and the 2 ladies who worked that Saturday and Sunday were awesome they helped me with whatever accommodations i needed the hotel was super clean friendly environment quite neighborhood very peaceful to walk around if you wanted food you have a free bus called the coral gables trolly right in front to take you around I will definitely be back again I highly recommend this hotel if I could have put 10 stars 🌟 I would have thanks again Ponce De Leon Hotel!!!!!

My review is on the customer service and the scam that this hotel is. I literally booked with them 2 days ago for an appointment I had in the area. My appointment got rescheduled for a later date and I have looked all over the website to cancel my reservation, which is not offered. I called the hotel to ask if the can cancel my reservation and they told me that they don’t cancel from the front desk?… They continued to tell me to cancel from the website that I booked with (which is the hotel’s direct website, hotelponcedeleon.com) and the option of cancellation is not offered anywhere on their

I would highly recommend NOT staying at this hotel. I called from the airport at 2:15pm to ask if I could check in at 2:30pm. They stated no check in was at 3. When I arrived at 2:30pm there was a sign on the door stating they’d be back at 3:30pm.They started checking people in a 3pm & it took 45min to check in 3 people. They specifically called the Latin people to the window to allow them to check-in first. Then the rest of us were allowed to check-in in order of the line. There is no elevator so you’re forced to carry your luggage up 2-3 flight of stairs. I asked to speak to the manager two

Lovely staff, spotlessly clean room, very reasonably priced, excellent location close to the airport as well as great restaurants, cafes, shops, and a Target. It's an older building full of charm, aka, expect windows that aren't soundproof and floors that squeak. Gorgeous/very safe neighborhood. 100% recommend

This was the perfect hotel for my short business trip to Miami.
Good location, loots of food and a Target walking distance. They have no parking, but there’s plenty of street parking meters around. We found a spot right up front.
Super charming, clean, and beautiful wooden floors/stairs. I definitely would stay again!
