Our facilities capacity for blow molding is second to none. We have a both single and dual head machines that range in shot size from 1/2 oz. to 25 lbs. From processing to product design our engineering staff has helped countless brands come up with the best and most cost effective solutions for their blow molding needs.
Our Engineering staff has expertise in processing, product design and tooling construction. In order to keep costs to a minimum, our engineering staff identifies the most cost-effective process for each project. Lean manufacturing principles are utilized for the elimination of waste while producing a quality product.
Hot molten plastic is forced or injected under high pressure between a mold cavity and core. After the plastic cools and solidifies, the core moves away as the mold halves open and the part is ejected. We have injection molding capabilities through partnering organizations for your assemblies that require both Blow Molded and Injection Molded components in machines ranging from 28 to 1100 ton.
