Company dodges your emails/calls if you try to cancel. Basically they took my money and ran. Check them out on Trip Advisor. They get great reviews, but all the bad reviews are around getting screwed over if you have to cancel. Be careful. You never know what could come up that interrupts your travel (COVID restrictions cancelled my trip..who would have seen that coming?) If you have to cancel..he's got your money and won't answer you to cancel.

So I decided to ignore the bad reviews (check them out on Trip Advisor) because overall you can't please everybody. So I gave Wagner and his team the benefit of the doubt and made a reservation which I paid for months in advance of the service date. Unfortunately, travel restrictions due to COVID caused my trip to be cancelled. I emailed Wagner about 2 weeks in advance to cancel....no response. OK, figured he would just cancel and process my refund. Nope. Emailed him again a couple days after the contracted service date ...no response. He never reached out on the service date when we weren

I have been so impressed with Riz Limo Service that I had to write a review. I rarely ever take the time to write a review unless I really think that something is so outstanding that other people need to know about it.
We have used Riz to travel to and from LAX and also to the ports for our cruises. The service has always been right on time (in fact, they are always early and waiting there for us plenty of time before we arrive), the drivers are always very polite, their driving is safe and the vehicles are always modern and comfortable to travel in.
It is such a relief to land at the airport

I have used their service 3 times now as I have had to fly down to the area to help family. I have to say after the first experience I stopped looking at other services. I have no idea if they are priced high or low. I know you get what you pay for and this is so worth it. I love that they let you know who is picking you up the day before and they check in the day of. I'm really thankful they text as this trip I was at work when I was contacted and would not have been able to answer a call. The drivers have all been amazing. I'm a bit awkward so I do feel bad for not being chatty, but

I contacted RIZ Limo Service the morning I was leaving. Their online chat with customer service was fantastic. I received texts from our driver confirming pick up and letting me know when he was just a few minutes away. For the return I heard from Cesar the night before. The minute I popped my phone on after we landed home there was a text saying welcome back and he would meet me at baggage. Cesar was kind, helpful and super great. I highly recommend these guys!

We (6 of us) spent a few days in LA at Disneyland and stayed in Anaheim. We needed transportation to and from LAX, and we decided to spend a day in Hollywood, so we needed transportation up to that area as well. Prices were extremely reasonable (and in fact much cheaper than most of the other comparable services) and I received a 15% discount just for calling in to book the trips! Had a slight problem connecting with someone on the phone, but left a message and received a call back soon

I am very pick when it comes to services. A bad service can ruin a special moment, and a good one can probably make a commom occasion, the most memorable. So I do recognize when people pay attention to the smallest details, and when they care about their costumers, wanting to make sure everything goes perfect.
I have only compliments about this company. Every times I used their service, I left amazed and very satisfied. For those lil details I mentioned, that makes a whole difference.

I wanted to give a compliment to Riz limo and especially to our driver Wagner! I recently used their company to pick up my family traveling from Tx to LAX! There were 7 passengers and he was able to accommodate them and all of their luggage (lol)! He even had bottled water for everyone! He was professional, accommodating, and reliable! I will definitely use their services in the future. They are also affordable! I'm so happy I found them! Thanks Riz limo for such great service! Wagner is a gem!!

So I booked Riz Limo to pick me up from LAX, it was pretty frustrating from the beginning I had a Brenda call me to let me know they can not fulfill my request, fine I started looking for another service 15 mins later I get an email confirmation that my pick up is confirmed so I called back and she said indeed it is confirmed, ok good I no longer have to look then it hit me she never asked me for my flight number so I call back and gave it to her. My biggest issue with them is they don't track flights or they would have known that my flight came in 20 mins earlier than expected. I then waited

I booked a surprise limo service for my family visiting from Canada since 3 out of 5 of my family members have not been to the U.S., so I thought this would be a nice treat. Riz Limo was SO accommodating with last minute changes. The SUV was clean and non-smoking. They provide you with the Driver's contact info so you can communicate with them directly. The flight was delayed and they were kind enough to rearrange everything to still be able to meet my family. Then the pick up driver also assisted with the missing luggage before being able to safely dropped them off at their destination.

I booked Riz Limo to pick up my dad from LAX and take him home. They met him at baggage claim, helped him with his luggage, and according to my father, did a fantastic job. My dad is elderly and doesn't have a cell phone, but the driver texted me when she arrived at the airport and then again when she met him. This gave me enormous peace of mind that he was in good hands. A great option for family members when they need an extra hand or do not have access to Uber or Lyft.
