Larry and Nobil are by the far the most amazing guys I have ever met ! They are the sweetest most helpful guys when it comes to rings. I literally walked in showed them a picture of the ring I wanted and they gave me EXACTLY what I wanted if not better. They treat you like such a queen , and take care of you with whatever you need. My fiancé's parents have been going to Bay Jewelers for at least 30+ years and talked us into getting our rings their. And honestly would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. You know these guys treated me so well. I called and asked for an inspection of a diamond I wanted to buy from a private party for a setting I already had. On the phone they were helpful and patient knowing I wasn't buying anything from them. When I met in the store they showed the same consideration and attention as if I was spending tens of thousands of dollars with them. Today I went to Bay Jewelers to fix a watch. I was trying to make conversation with the 2 brothers and Nobil looked so miserable. I asked a simple question while they were fixing the watch "where are you guys from" because I noticed an accent. His response was "Im from America not here for politics or to make friends, Im here for business". I felt so sorry for this guy. He must be so unhappy at home. He was so rude. Will never comeback here and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

These brothers are very friendly and accommodating. There is a one time design fee for multiple one-of-a-kind custom designs. The engagement ring is absolutely stunning! I took it in today for a resize (no charge) and I should have it back within a day or two. We are very happy with all the service we've received.

Larry was so helpful in creating a ring that show cases birthstones from my family! He took stones from an older ring and created this gorgeous multi colored band!

Larry & Noble are master craftsmen, superbly patient, and supremely creative. Years ago they made my ring, replicating it from pics of an estate piece I'd found, and fallen in love with online. This year it was time to size down the bands, and upgrade the rock. Through the years I had also decided I really wanted the center stone 'lifted' or 'puckered up'. The two brothers are great! I bought an engagement ring from them a while back and it is still flawless. The diamond was one of the best I've seen and they really did a fantastic job with the placement. One thing that I have to mention is the service they always provide me, anytime I call them with a question or if I walk in, they help me. They always clean the ring and make sure it sparkles like day 1. I always recommend them to my friends and family. It's always important to have a good Jeweler and they're the guys to see.

Both brothers were very couetous and knowledgable about watches. Nobil replaced my Tissot's battery and charged a nominal amount. We had a good discussion around watches that made my time waiting literally fly by. Bay Jewelers provides exceptional customer service, professional and efficient work at great prices. I brought a ring for sizing and 3 watches in need of batteries to them after reviewing Yelp and calling around for estimates of cost and time to do the work.

My husband has bought quite a few pieces for me from Bay Jewelers. They have helped us choose stones,match stones and create unique pieces. They have always been helpful in adjusting pieces for a correct fit. I cannot imagine buying jewelry anywhere else.
