I went into GoldNTime to see if I could change my center stone from one setting to another. The gentleman who owned the business was amicable and agreed to my short turnaround. I left his store anticipating picking up my ring the next day when in fact, he called me a couple of hours later to pick up the finished ring. I can't stress enough how friendly the owner of GoldNTime was.

Fotis is a very kind honest and patient person. I went there for my watch battery replacement. He give ppl very valuable price. When I came back to pick up my watch he told me it is not the battery it was the way I wear. I left my watch at home not wear for a while . He taught me. Every time when I put it back I need to turn 25seconds. He didn't charged me any dollars. I was so surprised.To be honest he could say nothing to make that money. Definitely I will be come back if I need my jewelry my watch anything . Not much ppl do business same like this these days. I recommend you come here

Fotis Vassiliadis has great customer service! He has really nice custom jewelry. If you're looking to getting custom/handcrafted diamond rings or any gold he the guy to go to. Real honest with his pricing. He wasn't pushing us to purchase. He really believes in the quality of his work. He was also a real good help on guiding us to other jewelry locations to help us find exactly what we was looking for!

Huge RAVE for an amazing small business! I have a St. Christopher pendant that a gift from my Mom, to my Dad on their 1st wedding anniversary and it was in need of a bale so that it could be placed on a necklace. I stopped by GoldNTime earlier this week for some assistance and explained, that the pendant was being gifted to my son who is currently away serving in the U.S. Marines and I needed to ensure that the bale and chain would be strong and withstand the rigor that Marines train with. Folis is such a warm and caring individual. My fiance bought this engagement ring for me and from daily wear and work, the platinum band had gotten scratched up. I originally went to Baron's in Dublin, but they wanted to charge me $70 for polishing because we had not bought the ring there--bad service in my opinon. But, then I found Goldntime and I called Folis and asked him how much he charges to polish a platium band, he said very honestly that he does not charge to polish rings and invited me to come over. My experience with Gold N Time was very nice I had been looking for a master jeweler to handle an expensive piece of jewelry . The owner pointed out what was wrong and what he was going to do.
He called to let me know it was ready I was so excited to see it, he had reset the diamond plus checked the other stones.
I would recommend this place for any of your jewelry needs the store has many unique pieces, beautifully displayed and the owner was very knowledgeable and pleasant I will be forever grateful.

I went to Gold N Time for the first time yesterday and am now pleased to be a customer. I was thoroughly impressed by Mr. Vassiliadis’ integrity and honesty with me. I came in to have an appraisal done and when he saw my old appraisal paperwork, Mr. Vassiliadis was very straightforward and told me he thought there might be a way to get the appraisal updated from the establishment where my husband first purchased the jewelry. He could have taken the $75 fee and done the appraisal anyway but instead he tried to save me the money by being honest. It ended up that I still needed an appraisal done

If I could give this place 1 million stars I most definitely would! Fotis is one of the most kind and professional jewelers I have ever met in my life. He is so sweet and goes beyond for his costumers! I sent in two rings to be re-sized and he fixed them perfectly and even polished my beloved Celtic ring. He's a gem of a man!

I used to serve the owner coffee at a neighboring coffee shop. We never did business before other than coffee transactions but I thought he was cool from the start. After some time being his barista I found him to be honest and pleasant not to mention a fantastic tipper and an excellent family man.
