I had an acute problem (that did not reach emergency level) with my eye and had a referral from my primary care manager. I have called this office three different times to make an appointment, spoke to a lady every time, however, all they did was take my information and ask for a call back number. I received no call. I called them back three days later, same procedure, no call back. I called again 2 days later and was about to give my same information, yet again, and stopped the lady and asked why I could not be given an appointment. She was unable to answer that question. If the office is fully booked and unable to assist patients, they should just say so. I could've saved time and go elsewhere. But keeping me waiting, for a week, while suffering, is unprofessional and not taking care of patients. Highly disappointed.

My glasses broke and I have called 3 separate times to get my RX emailed to me and when I asked to talk to someone in the
