I really thought that I had found the dentist for me. I was wrong, the front desk staff is rude and has no customer service experience. I get anxiety often, especially going to the dentist but Dr. Nguyen and his assistants always made me feel calmer. Unfortunately the reason for the 1 star is because I can't believe they allow such unprofessional people run the front desk. They seem to be having issues with their automated messaging system. I was supposed to receive a text with a reminder of my appointment and what I got was a voice-mail saying I had canceled my appointment. Which I didn't. When

Friendly, caring , and professional service. You can count on Always Dental Care to provide care to meet your needs. I was just in for my 6 mo checkup, taken right on time, and Linda did an excellent job of cleaning and gave sound technical advice on brushing in accordance to her observation.
Dr Wynn is most cordial and thorough. I have been a patient of his for years, and I highly recommend making him your dentist as well.

The worst. I made an appointment months in advance only to be told that they wouldn't take me when I was in the office because of an issue that I had with the cleaning during my last appointment. the Dentist did not reccomend me to another hygienist, basically telling me to not come back. terrible experience, from someone who actually likes going to the dentist. find somewhere else!

Amazing staff, super comfortable environment. Very clean inside and sterile practice from the staff. Dr. Nguyen is a true expert and artist. His recommendations are trustworthy, his dental practice is perfection and so gentle. I'm super afraid of dentists and needles in my gums and just the numbing process went so smooth I barely felt a thing. This man is trustworthy and very good at what he does!

I left Always Dental Care because I moved 2.5 hours away. I went to a dentist local to my new home and they immediately tried to up sell me to have a lot of work completed costing over $2k after insurance. I drove back to Always dental for a second opinion only to find out everything was good and all of that additional work was not needed. The dentist and his staff are honest, very skilled and have many years of experience. I am going to drive 2.5 hours twice a year to continue going there. They are the best and I know I can trust them. I highly recommend Always Dental Care.

I had come in an emergency situation (a very painful infection) and was seen promptly. My experience was welcoming, with a very friendly staff and tons of information. I have to admit I was always nervous at the dentist but I was calmed by the great personalities of Doc and his staff. One painless root canal later and I’m sure we will be going back regularly. In short it’s a well organized, friendly, and professional atmosphere I feel we have found a great dentist and look forward to my next visit.

Thank you Always Dental! Today I went in for my first cleaning in a very long time. I was way overdue for a cleaning and nervous about going back to the dentist. I was expecting judgment for not going to the dentist in so long, but that was not the case. My hygienist Linda was friendly and welcoming. She did an amazing job on my cleaning, and was thorough but fast. Dr Nguyen was friendly and knowledgeable as well. The front desk were helpful and accommodating. The office was very clean and comfortable. Overall, my long overdue visit was a great experience- which is not something you hear often

My gf went here, for the first time, and came home from her appointment very upset. She was told by the dentist that she had over 5+ cavities. Being that she was only at the dentist about 6 months prior (my dentist), and was doing her usual routine, she was perplexed. This had never happened to her before and she was very confused.
I thought it was a bit fishy. I had her go to my dentist, without telling him anything, and see what his assessment of her teeth were. She went, got an exam and cleaning, and came home with her report-no cavities!!

Very disappointed. Went there for sore on my gum. Gave me a prescription for amoxicillan. Took the medication as directed. No relief. Called back after approximately 10 days . Response was nothing else he could do except for 500.00 night gaurd. Been to three other dental offices since and have gotten several other options. Wouldn't recommend.
