Carmen was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico and obtained her Business Management degree from Allied College. Prior to upgrading to the dental industry she worked in hospitality for 4 years before taking a role in the banking industry culminating in her position as a VP for The Mortgage Shop. Carmen has now been running practices for 11 years and is cross-trained in Medical Billing and Coding.

Called here randomly looking for a last minute, emergency appointment for an international student. I was immediately blown away by the kindness of the office staff. We were given an appointment today! I’m actually sitting in the waiting area now while Ben (the student) is seeing the dentist….from the dentist who personally came out to meet us, to the entire staff……FIRST CLASS on every level! I was nervous to see a dentist for the first time in a couple of years but EVERYONE here made me feel very comfortable and welcome. The receptionists, my heigenist, and the doctor were all a pleasure to meet and made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. I'm actually looking forward to going back in six months! 😂

There’s a string possible that I am the biggest dental wimp on earth. My Dental Anxiety is off the charts. After years of horrific dental experiences, taking care of my teeth had been placed on the back burner. This is not a good thing. And it’s odd because I have yearly checkups for everything else.

Wonderful group at Phoenixville Dentistry. The entire staff are all very nice, professional and attentive. The dentist performs great dental care service. I especially want to mention Carmen the receptionist, she is friendly, incredibly helpful and very personable and Kelsey the dental hygienist, she is excellent, she goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable while taking X-rays, cleaning my teeth and explaining things - she does a great job! I would highly recommend this group.
