My name is Wanda and I will be taking care of all your services, concerns, and answering any questions you may have. I have been a hairstylist and colorist for 13.5 years. My specialty is Goldwell color. I have attended many Goldwell Academy locations, including Baltimore, Santa Monica, California, Toronto, Canada.
I had the privilege of being Wanda's first customer in the new salon and thoroughly enjoyed my time. What a fantastic start to my day.being made to feel special while chatting and sharing with a woman of God while getting fabulous hair. Today was my first day at Salon 103 but considering I have followed Wanda B Locklear all over town for the last 12 years I will say she has done great for herself.

I drove 30 min out here only to find out the girl who was supposed to cut her hair is out because she was exposed to Covid two days ago. I’d scheduled over a week ago and never got a phone call to reschedule or at least cancel so I didn’t waste my time. When I asked why i wasn’t called to be informed of the canceled appointment, she said she'd posted it on fb yesterday.. I don't follow their page on Facebook. If you have an appt with someone, which is the only way I could get her seen here, you should call that person directly to reschedule it. I’m so angry because my daughter is young

We were referred to Alexandria by another stylist who knew that she worked really well with children. My son took my grandbaby for her first haircut. We were nervous about her coming unglued. She's almost 4yo and terribly impatient. They offer a special for 1st haircuts that includes a lock of hair and a b4 and after pic. My son said that she immediately had her as calm as he's ever seen her. We have a trim every 2-3 weeks without fail and she still sits still for her and holds her head wherever she asks her. This is an awesome business to support! Not only was the lady super nice with cutting my son's hair but she was pretty quick and painless about it as well! My son absolutely hates haircuts, and cries every time. It was a pretty big relief being able to take him to someone who loves kids and loves caring for them.
Next, i love supporting this business because they aren't afraid to be bold in declaring their faith as Christians, (something definitely to be noted amidst this hypersensitive politically correct world.)
I will most definitely be bringing my business back here. 10/10

Allie cut our sons hair today (he is 6 months) and I'm so happy with the way his haircut turned out. She talked to him throughout his haircut and I really think that helped him maintain a calm and relaxed attitude. Allie sanitized before letting us in so I was not worried at all and I will definitely be taking him back again.

This review is for the Kids Zone section of the salon. Haven't tried out the adult salon.
We searched for somewhere to take our toddler for a haircut. Luckily we found this place after searching on google and Facebook. Miss Allie was AMAZING! It took her maybe 10 minutes to cut our screaming toddlers hair, and it turned out sooo good. She was beyond patient with him and talked to him, and actually acknowledged him. So glad we found her. Finding a good haircut for a toddler is a feat, and we can mark that off our list for the next 4 years!
