I'm out from California on an extended stay and just couldn't stand my hair anymore. My first stylist was called out so the salon notified me in enough time and rescheduled me with another stylist for 3 hours later. Jessica was awesome and my hair is just as I wanted it! The price was nice too. Calm and friendly salon. I will be going here when I move back here full time in a few months.

I had a great experience, I have thick long hair and it usually comes with long hair appointments. Today I had Jessica work with me and she was great, she was friendly and handled my hair with ease. She washed, cut , blow dried and curled my hair, getting me out of there in less than an hour and I LOVE it! I would totally recommend.

New to the area and HOTT HEADS SALON was the first to pop up on my google search, thank goodness they did! I haven’t done anything with my hair in two years and wanted a good trim to make it healthy again. The staff was a delight. I came a little bit early and Erin was able to get me right in for my appointment. Amazing customer service, time management, and overall comfortable atmosphere! Will be coming here from now on.

I’m not the type to leave reviews, but I had to this time because of what a wonderful experience I had at Hott Heads! After a very disappointing experience at Ulta, I wanted to re-color my hair the proper shade of red I was looking for, and Candace came through! Her knowledge of hair was impressive and despite an extensive process that I anticipated being damaging to my hair, my hair is shiny, soft, smooth, and bouncy. Sam is awesome! We are moving from box color to my natural grey. I have had nothing but compliments during this whole process and people ask me where I get my hair done. Cannot say enough about how happy I am! I saw Jessica today for a maaaaajor color correction after a highlight experience gone bad. She was so nice, did exactly what I wanted and I'm genuinely not sure how she pulled off this miracle (see pictures) in one day.
Everyone in the salon was so kind- it was a clean, professional experience for sure . I am 100% a frequent customer from here on out, and I am so so happy Jess was able to save my hair!

I am writing another review because I have had the most awesome experience last week that finished today.
I'll start with last week. I went in for a cut and got someone new. I've only been a couple of times and had great cuts and experiences before. This new stylist was very sweet and friendly and and I really liked her. She was easy to talk to and I'm sure will be a great stylist with some practice. I'm new to the area from California and had spent so much time looking for a good hair salon and stylist. I came across this place and made an appointment online with Heather. She was able to nail the exact hair color I was going for and gave me amazing long layers. I absolutely love my hair! The whole Heather was super helpful from everything to my hair to the city. Savannah was awesome! She was cool to talk to and I had let her know to please be gentle as I had just gotten my helix pierced and she didn't hurt it at all while washing and cutting my hair. The stylist, name Sam (with the blue hair) gave me dark color ...looks like black) and pulled it through my mahogany highlights.. I talked to management: manager one, said "no problem we can fix it and rescheduled my appointment." ***Due to Coronavirus

Best service, price, and results ever. Went in to get a balayage after being unsatisfied with my highlights at a previous salon. My stylist was Savannah, who was attentive, meticulous, and took the time to make sure she understood what I wanted. Took a couple hours with my long hair, and at the end my hair was beautiful. I am very happy with the results. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their hair done for a very fair price.

The situation below was the cause of miscommunication and a misunderstanding, what Tika provided for me was clarity on the situation that made me understand why the appointment was cancelled in the first place.
She made ends meet to accommodate me as far as fixing the situation and explaining all the variables in why the situation occurred as well as explaining on how it could've been prevented.
Cameron was an excellent hair stylist and made the four hours of a balayage

Every time I come to this salon, I am treated as a guest with respect. This salon has such a welcoming, communicative and awesome crew that I always look forward to coming here! I have come here to get my eyebrows, upper lip and chin wax, and each time the results are perfect. The women here have such an eye for perfection and the best part is that you don't feel rushed!

I usually go here to get my hair cut, so I went to get my hair done for a formal. What a mistake !!! The curls fell out within the hour. My hair looked like a rat's nest. I have very healthy hair and they made it look awful.
I got a call to come back to fix it but as I already had a makeup appt I could not go back. They said they would talk to the manager but who knows. I will find another salon for hair cuts etc.
