Join Guru Alli Lindquist Cross, Author of Yatra The Journey, on an inner pilgrimage. The 21 day Yatra path is a comprehensive journey that will seamlessly merge into your everyday life, where the benefits sustain beyond the program. You will acknowledge your dietary choices, examine and commit to a healthier "on the mat" yoga practice, create a simple and nourishing meditation practice and uncover your environmental and mental habits.
When you are new to anything it takes time until you feel comfortable. The 21 day pass is a three week pass to allow you to take as many classes as you like. You can come twice or you can come twice a day for three weeks. It is up to you. It is hard to see how great yoga can be from just one class, it is impossible to meet all our teachers in one class, and even harder to meet our sweet community.

We were in need of a hot studio while visiting Greenville and this place was perfect. Super low key. Reasonably priced, we did the $21 intro special. Friendly staff, clean studio and facilities. Wasn't sure what Yatra Yoga was, but got a mix of hatha and vinyasa. Both classes we went to were really good. The class with Alison was tough! Sweated a ton. Helped to work off stress of a family visit and also some of the southern food we'd been eating. Would seek this place out again when back in the area.

I love the heat idea! thankfully some teachers reduce the temp a little and this is good. Overall I like the physical workout, strengthening and sweating is nicely detoxifying but the meditative breath side falls short with some of the instructors, a pity as it could be a really excellent studio. The N. Main Yoga studio is fantastic at the meditative breathing which calms all anxieties but doesn't have the heat offered here.
Most of the teachers at 90 deg. who have gentle voices and gentle music I liked this but one or two blare at you, this does not feel healing for me personally.
I would

I hate to sweat and because of that I hesitated to go to 90 degrees. Finally went 5 years ago and it was the best decision ever. I have found that I love sweating during yoga. I love everything about 90 degrees. 90 degrees helps you realize that yoga is not just about the mat and postures. It's so much more. Love it and highly recommend 90 degrees to everyone.

This studio is a rare gem! Challenging and loving yoga classes, delightful teachers who are passionate about helping individuals and an overall vibe that makes you want to kick off your shoes and jump right onto your mat. Om sweet Aum! *tip* if you want to know if you are doing the poses correctly, schedule a one on one after your first week or two with Allison or any one of the teachers. Some of these guys and gals have been teaching and studying yoga, physiology, kinesiology and other techniques for years. They have food, meditation, workshops, travel, goods, love (not for sale, ha ha), Thai

I know this studio pretty well. And it took me awhile to really enjoy the hot yoga classes. I ended up loving them. So give yourself a month of going before you pass judgement on this studio. I like the practice of meshing different styles into one class. I would say it closely resembles Baptist Power Yoga with a kick of birkram. The heat is way too high for such a powerful practice. Way too high. So be very hydrated the DAY BEFORE CLASS AND EAT VERY WELL THE DAY BEFORE CLASS. So you won't pass out. Most teachers there are excellent. Alison the owner has demanding standards. And for that

I am not a yoga lover. I have tried various times over the past ten years or so to "get into" it, and just failed. Sometimes because the teachers are too judgmental, sometimes because the vibe is off, and oh yeah, did I mention? I am bad at yoga. I tried yoga at another place in Greenville that was good - the first two times took my mind off my troubles but the third time I just was back trapped in the fears, anxiety and sadness that I was trying to escape at the time. I'm not going to name that place because they're good. But it wasn't anything like this experience

I started at 90 2 years ago, and cannot imagine my life without it. The owners and instructors are the most caring, gentle and FIT people I've ever met. Each class feels as if geared toward you. Yes, it's hard. Yes, it's sweaty. Yes, it's hot. When you finish a class, however, your mind, skin and body all thank you.

As a regular Crossfitter, I found that I needed to add hot yoga into my routine to sweat (during the winter months!), become more flexible, and all the other many benefits. I chose 90 Degree because I have only heard amazing things about the studio. This is my first week as a member and absolutely love it! The instructors are great, the people are really into it, and the studio sets the vibe. Another thing I found amazing was the cafe located inside, Sun Belly Cafe. I am a health freak and on a paleo diet. It is great to be able to grab a fresh snack or meal after a yoga class!

Having traveled a bit and experienced several yoga schools for extended periods of time (in Los Angeles, Seattle, Atlanta, Greenville, Charlotte and a few other places), 90 degrees yoga is unique. First, in my opinion, 90 degrees offers the best one hour yoga workout of all -- their sequences are extremely well planned and unlike other places I have been to that do power vinyasa, I have never been injured. Many studios do not focus on good technique. Second, I love how they constantly link hatha and spirituality. My favorite is their sunday morning classes. Greenville is lucky to have 90 degrees

I've gone to many hot yoga studios over the past 6 years, but this studio is WAY TOO HOT. I'm a doctor and although sweating is a great way to detox your body, I'm not sure this studio regulates the temperature during class. People are nice, and I really liked Allison as a teacher, hence the plus 2 stars. No lockers to put your stuff in either. I'll stick to southern om in Greenville.
