Welcome to Light in the Dark Yoga where we are committed to providing accessible yoga and meditation classes for improved health and well-being. We have experience in a variety of yoga and meditation traditions, and are always seeking innovative and integrative programs to support our students. Together, we can create a practice to support your interests and experience, help reduce physical tension, and increase serenity both on and off the mat.

The foundation of our practice is the breath; if you can breathe, you can do yoga! Private Yoga Instruction -from breathing exercises and meditation to active and energizing movement, supporting your intention is our goal.

Cindy is a wonderful, patient instructor who is extremely knowledgeable and truly appreciates all her students. She provides a calming sanctuary in a world of crazy. I highly recommend a class or twelve at her studio!
