Poor customer service. Very disappointing.
I spoke with Teresa over the phone as a new patient requesting a peel. She asked me which one and I let her know her I didn't know. She told me to hang up and check the website. I told her I had been having trouble with her website and it wasn't working. Her response was that she could not tell me which peel I needed before seeing me and I reiterated I'm asking which peels she has to offer. She then told me and I requested to be booked for a PCA peels. She told me they don't offer it anymore and to go on the website. Unfortunately

Theresa is a MASTER at her craft. I always leave with my skin completely flat, smooth, and glowing. She knows how to extract properly and doesn't push any products or further visits unless she finds it necessary. I've gotten facials at a ton of reputable spa's and seen several estheticians but I always go back to Theresa because nothing beats the service and results for the price. Highly recommend!

I am not a guy that leaves reviews on things, but I can't recommend this place enough. Teresa is so friendly, helpful & very knowledgeable. I came to her looking like a whole pepperoni pizza. Over time I went from having 3 - 5 new cysts a week to none. Perhaps a human angel, Teresa gave me advice on my entire skincare routine, and though she never tried to sell me anything I ended up specifically asking for her rec's because she really took the time to learn about my skin & earned my trust. Skincare takes patience and there's no miracle cure for acne, but give this place a try. It's well worth

Teresa is the sweetest woman on the face of the earth. She has graced this earth with her skincare knowledge, and she decided to bless me with it. I am going to have to continue to add to her already perfect rating, she is top notch. She makes the full experience lovely, and does a consultation before getting started. You can tell she is passionate and heavily educated about skincare by how she speaks to it. She suggested one of her treatments for me and we got started. It was truly a treat! She was so gentle and made me feel relaxed. Not to mention that my skin was amazingggg after, just in time

I just got out of my manicure and have to tell the google world to check this place out. I walked in an hour before closed and they were very accommodating. I got a basic manicure and my nails look fresh AF. I also like how they didn't rush me out when it hit closing time. They were all very sweet and helping me to not ruin my nails. I will be back for more manis and pedis in the future!
