The people were great! Fantastic even. Room for improvement in time to close. I was given a 45-60 day estimate and it took 10 weeks for my loan to close. I provided all documents and information immediately upon request. Cost also seemed high but I also have nothing to compare it to, so maybe it's just because it is my first time.
More often than ever before do I find it increasingly difficult to attend events. All too often I am forced to decline an event because I have committed to attend another. This was no exception. I love working with Aaron and his team for my investment property financing. They make everything so easy and are very personable. They take the time to explain any problems or weird situations that come up and help me find a solution or suggestions of who could help me. They are also awesome about getting remote closing scheduled (and rescheduled… last minute due to a surprise work trip) quickly and efficiently.
