This is the absolute worst limo service. We booked a 3 leg trip and although the first 2 legs went smooth in regards to travel, the stretch Hummer limo was old and broken down. The buttons in the limo didn't work or were missing, couldnt open or close the windows, the air conditioner worked but stuck on high and at the lowest temperature. I have to mention the limo drive (Jen) was very nice and accommodating considering the state of the limo. The main reason for giving this company a bad rating is because not only did they not show up to complete the last leg of the trip, but they didn&apos

WE booked round-trip service from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral in an SUV. I called about a week before to confirm and appeared to have awakened Jay (the apparent owner). He couldn't find my reservation, so I gave him the confirmation numbers and sent him the email confirms he had originally sent me. He acknowledged and said "see you Saturday morning". Saturday morning rolls around and no one shows up. I call and talk to the operator who apologizes and arranges for a stretch limo to come get us (only about 10 minutes late). Great. We make it to our cruise and all is well

Limo Orlando proved themselves to be unprofessional and unreliable all in one night. In short here's why: They required their driver to take photos of my credit card with his personal cell phone, personal items left in the limo were not returned nor were we notified, and we were left waiting for an hour for the limo to take us to our next destination ultimately wasting valuable time that we had already paid for. Bringing these issues up to Limo Orlando's customer service, they seemed unapologetic and showed no interest in offering compensation.
