They picked me up and drop me to the airport without problems. In fact driver came ahead of time. They texted me one day before pick up time. Also texted me when driver was on his way and when he arrived at the hotel to get me. Car in great condition. No problems. Makens was my driver, very nice, friendly, professional and courteous. i recommend them. Car was clean and driver wore mask as he should during pandemic. Reliable service. Used them before prior to pandemic in Orlando without problems.

Worst Cab Company Ever. This company has always let me down. No matter how many times I try to give them a chance they always fail me. I work for a hotel and try to help get a cab for my guest for early morning pick-up. Even with hours in advance they never show. This time they canceled because I was unreachable. When I am always by my phone. This makes me look bad to my guests and the operators at like oh well. I am giving up on this company. Just going to use Lyft and Uber from now on. Very Disappointed!!!

Horrible experience, I would not recommend this car service to anyone that needs to get to the airport to catch a flight. I booked a ride from Oviedo to MCO in advance, and a car was confirmed for a 4:45 am pickup for our 7am flight. At 4:50 am our car had not arrived so I called the driver, who told me he was in Davenport, 45 minutes away. I told him to not bother to show up as my family had a flight to catch. I attempted to contact Mears on several occasions, with no answer. Our family scrambled to drive two cars to the airport (which cost almost $300 in parking). At 5:30 am the driver called

2 out of the 4 taxi drivers we used were swindlers. One driver took the wrong way to purposefully drive around town to charge us more for the distance. We even corrected him at the start of the drive on where to turn and he refused stating, "let the driver do the driving." Then charged us more than 50% extra for the ride than what we previously paid. Second driver was a con and didn't even put on his meter. When we got to our hotel, he just named a flat rate and stated he doesn't accept any less for the drive. When we refused stating we know it doesn't cost this much for

I scheduled my return ride to the airport the day before, as directed. I was outside my hotel 5 minutes before the scheduled time. I called Mears after waiting 10 minutes beyond the scheduled time and was told the driver is running late. I called again when no one came after 25 minutes and was told I was marked as a no-show a few minutes prior. I had not moved, no shuttle stopped in front of the hotel, and no one attempted to call me. I took an Uber instead. Now, I am being told I have to email my receipt to them in order to get a refund.

When i asked at the counter about a ride from the airport to my hotel I was told it would take less than a hour. When I checked in at the outside counter i was told the van would be there in less than 30 minutes. 1 hour and 15 minutes later the cab arrived. I am now in my second hour driving in a van all over the Orlando area and I'm still not back to my hotel. I understand it's not a direct shuttle but somebody needs to learn about routing... never riding with the outfit again.

Used their online booking service to call a cab. It was here in 8 minutes. Nice! Went directly to where I needed to go, no games. Asked if I needed him to hang around just in case I had trouble getting my car out of the remote parking lot (long story Yelped elsewhere). Nice, fast, clean cab. Good!

It seems to me the most of the recent reviewers of Mears Transportation Group are not happy campers about the attitudes and behaviors of the Mears workers. I sincerely and honestly agree with my fellow reviewers that they seriously need to get their act together and focus more on improving their customer service and relations skills. In other words, they need to focus on Being friendly, cheerful and helpful instead of being Crude, arrogant, unfriendly and disrespectful to all those who encounter them on a daily basis.
