A 4 Point insurance inspection is typically required by the insurance company on homes 30 years and older to get a better understanding of what's being insured. A Roof Condition Inspection may be required by your insurance company if they believe the roof is over 20 years of age and has no prior records of replacements or repairs.
The office staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. I am a single mom and the inspector was vey patient going over everything with me and making sure I understood everything. I hired Florida Inspections Inc. to do a four point inspection on my house so I could get homeowners insurance. I spoke to Nancy on the phone and she was very professional and friendly. Joe came to my house for the inspection and he was very professional and friendly as well. He took the time to pet my dogs and get to know them which I found incredibly charming. Nancy and Joe were recommended to me by my realtor Chuck Brown. I always get nervous with home inspections because you never know what’s going to be in covered. Joe was awesome, very professional, arrived on time, informative and detail oriented. He had me laughing the entire time, which eased my nerves. Though he did scare me when he was in the… attic and on the roof, as I didn’t want him to fall. I highly recommend Nancy and Joe, they are very thorough, reasonably priced, professional and very sweet.. you can’t go wrong with that.
