Banner (Bob Banner) graduated from Michigan State University in 1986 and Cooley Law School in 1991. Bob has served Northern Michigan areas near Boyne City, Charlevoix and Petoskey ever since his graduation in 1991.

Michigan Probate law guardianships and conservatorships are decided primarily in three situations: when a person is not able to reasonably care for themselves because of a mental illness or handicap - or because of their physical inabilities. Mr. Banner was more than I dared hope for when my husbands family tried again to strip him of his rights. Banner knows the law and used the statutes and precepts that are there to protect people like my husband who can no longer speak for themselves. He spent considerable time with us and LISTENED to our concerns and needs. He was so very kind and down to earth I actually had a hope my husbands directives, wishes and rights might prevail and that is just what happened.
