The most affordable catering menu, the drop off menu is perfect for occasions where guests graze on an hors d'oeuvre buffet. Karen recently catered my wedding and she was awesome! From the first phone call to the wedding day, she made everything so much easier. She really went above and beyond my expectations. She was able to accommodate for some vegan guests without my having to change the menu, which was great. A very belated thank you note to thank you so much for the delicious food and wonderful service at our wedding.

I hired Karen to make the cocktail apps for my wedding and she did NOT disappoint! Before covid we had to have a change in venue and she was so flexible and accommodating. After covid, she made sure that all of her drops offs were contact free and safe as well as worked with me to make sure everything was served safely, too. Her food is AMAZING!! Absolutely hire her for your next event!!

We've hired Karen and company for several parties in NYC and one big fundraiser. Her cuisine is always a hit. All our friends and colleagues have only raves about her creations. Everything is absolutely delicious and wonderfully prepared. Karen has adapted many of her favorites and ours for vegetarians, gluten-free folks, and even some cow-milk allergies. I hope we can keep her coming back to NYC for more events in the future!

Karen is AMAZING. We reached out to her as a potential caterer for a corporate function, and she went so far above and beyond to help us put together the perfect gluten-free menu - she was responsive, patient, and helpful every step of the way. Her food is not only absolutely delicious, but so beautifully presented - I can't say enough about what a pleasure it has been to work with Karen, how much our clients raved about the food at our event, and how thrilled we are with our decision to book The Cocktail Party Chef. The food Karen creates is exceptionally delicious and beautifully presented and Karen is a joy, a kind and responsible person. The flavors and textures of her baked goods are both exciting and comforting at the same time. Her butterscotch brownies combine subtlety and indulgent joy. The triple ginger mini-mini loaves are delicious and amazingly satisfying and very different than the usual loaves one buys in bakeries, not overly cloying and more striking in flavor . My two fellow school mums and I hosted our sons' high school graduation party. We were coordinating with her on the road from London and Austin respectively. She did everything from start to clean up. All we had to do was show up (after a morning of Commencement and a 4 hour drive) to smile and greet the guests.
It doesn't get better than this.
Am trying to figure out how to get her to cater the College graduation party next...
