Heather is amazing there are things that I wish would have been handled in a different manner. I felt like she wasn't listening to me. I felt like I was having to prove myself to her , reality it was a tactic to fet me ready for the cross examination. She was amazing and won a very difficult case. Between 2 grandparents. I was fighting for custody of my twin granddaughters my daughter passed 3/3/2020 and we started court in late July and finally the Judge was in favor of me having my granddaughters Thank the Good lord and Hearther and Michael for being patient and understanding and being forgiving

I went to my lawyer Lynn Graves with not much hope of any help. He sat down with me, talked about potential avenues of approach and started the process to get my documents. Never in my life have I experienced anything close to the custody battle with the mother of my son. I wish I had started the whole process with Luke Evans and his team. James Pinson...lazy and doesn't use his resources..Refused domestic violence help for a victim and got her a "deal" of 1 1/2 years in jail for being to scared to tell on her husband..Filing a false report was the charge..HE Did NOT use the mental health association to prove PTSD, her family or anyone she knew to testify on her behalf about the abuse, he was to lazy to do anything but take a deal. Also..from comments made in open court..NEVER USE HIM IN BEDFORD COUNTY.. They do NOT like him at all. Fair WARNING!!! You would be better off throwing yourself on the mercy of the court
