You can tell this office makes customer service their top priority. I spent 20 minutes on the phone and had cut my premiums in half and picked up a renters policy to go with it. They ask the appropriate questions, not for the upsell, but to make sure you have your bases covered. I absolutely appreciate that. I spent two years with a virtual insurance group, I spoke to them for the first time they day I cancelled. Don't take for granted having an agent that is just a phone call away. It makes a HUGE difference. Thanks again Grant and team!

Friendly staff, I trust them to take care of me. Grant recently assisted me with refinancing my home and it was a very pleasant experience. Grant and his team have far more to offer beyond what your typical insurance agent offers. Once my refinance was complete he took the time to hand right a letter wishing me and my family the best and to thank me for allowing him the opportunity to assist. Never got that service from my Allstate agent!

I had a fantastic experience, Jade was and awesome insuance agent. During my journey to finding affordable insurance, they where very knowledgeable, polite, listened to what I wanted, and kept great communication with me. You know when I moved here from out of state I was quite happy I had a team that actually cared. Things went down hill from here. Ive been with state farm for the longest. Everything in the atmosphere of this office felt unwelcoming. Ladies didn't seem like they cared anymore. Grant also gave me some numbers for life insurance that didn't add up and said that's the highest or minimum I could go. Lied. I transfer to another agency and they gave me better quotes and were there every step of the way and provided me with the out most loved that I could get. I wouldn't recommend this office.

Been with Grant for over 5 years now! When I bought my first house I was searching for house insurance along with car insurance for my two cars. Grant's office offered me the best rates and coverage on both! Grant's State Farm office not only offered me the best rates on coverage, his staffs professionalism and politeness makes them the complete package when it comes to insurance coverage! I feel this office has very genuine people in it because they are all always out in community participating in events and fundraisers! I won't be going anywhere else and I always refer all my family and friends
