They do a fine job. This is my first time getting state farm. I never walked in and met them in person at the location. I just called in to add and removed cars. It's very convenient for me so thanks to that. However, I was asked how much my old insurance was and they just gave me a quote for the same price, which i didn't save any money from switching over so that was a bummer. That's the reason for 4 stars. I noticed they have reviews from 1-3 yrs ago so I want to give my recent review. Will update more later down the road..

Travis Primeaux has saved me so much money. When I met Travis I had All State. I called Travis a week later and found he saved me $400 just on auto, same coverage. I’ve only ever had communications with Jamie Carey and let me say she was exceptional at her job. I moved here from out of state and needed new coverage and she took care of it for me within hours. I actually just switched from State Farm and had no problems (even though I was switching to a different carrier). Jamie is very professional and was willing to help me with everything even though she was losing a customer (I switched due to a lower rate not because of service). If that tells you anything about the level of customer service you get here. Amazing service from Jamie. If you live in Owasso

Was a customer for approx 4-5 years. I never had a claim with this office so therefor I never had to communicate with them. I used them because they were local and close to my home. I recently purchase a new vehicle and I called them the day I purchased to get auto insurance. I attempted to call them twice during business hours and no one answered. I waited 2 days and never received a call. I went online to add my vehicle and I got an email saying my agent would contact me next business day... that also never happened. I found a new agent and decided to have my policies transferred. It took 2 phone

Highly recommended, best pricing around! Their office staff is always so friendly. I've never waited longer than 24 hours for a response back from an email and get to speak to a real person when I call everytime. I am always losing my verifications and they never get annoyed at me for asking all the time for new copies! Wouldn't ever switch to another company. Customer service and knowledge is everything!

Jamie and Kim are phenomenal! They provide top notch customer service every time I am in need of something. I currently have my mortgage, two vehicles, and life insurance with State Farm. I would highly recommend Travis Primeaux State Farm, I had the best customer service ever. Not only in the office but also when I required their support using my car insurance and even the paperwork I needed. They are kind, supportive and really professional. Is the best decision I ever made changing my insurance from Tripe A to them.

I have had the best experience I have ever had since moving all of my insurance to Travis at State Farm. His staff are exceptionally accommodating and always friendly. They also saved me so much money. I got better coverage for nearly have the price of other agencies. I recommend his agency to everyone.
