Stephanie is an amazing trainer. She has customized workout routines for me to strengthen my shoulders and back while avoiding aggravating injuries that I have in my shoulders and neck. She has so many different types of workouts and many don't require any weights. We have done workouts on the stairs, matt work, workouts with small weights, workouts with bands, power yoga, and more. Her schedule is very flexible and she always calls when she is on her way. I have seen great results from my workouts with Stephanie.

Stephanie Gotfried is a godsend. I have a medical condition needed a trainer. I had been a gym rat, but could no longer go to the gym. I called several trainers, but when I got to Stephanie she seemed genuine and sincere and interested in my situation. When she came out to see me for the first time, I knew I had made the right decision. She knows her stuff. She can see how I'm feeling and figure out which exercises to do. Just a few months ago, I started looking for a very special trainer because I had spinal and neck surgery. Before the surgery, I was in a lot of pain and it was very hard for me to do almost anything physical. Because of that, my body was out of shape. I still have to be careful when I do certain movements and work outs, to strengthen my body. I needed a trainer that was a specialist. Stephanie is that Specialist! My relationship with Stephanie began as a birthday present from my daughter, who was concerned about my lack of fitness.
