Rise Above Average through a holistic mind, body and spirit approach to ensure success is achieved in all areas of competition. We hold over 10 years of first hand training experience and have consistently trained professional and collegiate athletes, NCAA scholarship and athlete hopefuls, high school and youth athletes as young as 8.

We also train individuals and teams use our programs as a way to reach their optimal performance in their professional and personal careers. Additionally, we are one of the only athletic training facilities in the country that focus on cross-disciplinary sports training for student athletes.
Services
Our well-trained coaching staff will meet with you or your child and perform an evaluation to determine the best training regimen to meet you or your child's needs. All staff members are available for personal training. Joshua Russell, a former collegiate athlete with a background in sports management brings his extensive experience in working with student athletes to Ripped Performance.
Many of our student athletes go on to play their respective sport at the college level. Whether it is at a Division I, II, or III school they go on to get a great education while playing the sport that they love. Our Sports Performance training classes prepare these athletes to compete at the highest levels.
A high speed & agility clinic, that specificallyfocuses on developing long term athletic foundations in the areas of speed, agility, quickness, & power. Centered on learning proper mechanics & increasing the athlete's capacity to meet the demands of their sport. Designed for high school athletes who have already developed most functional movement patterns and/or have excelled through the Ripped Speed Clinic.
Men are leaders and have a great responsibility to the community and home this program is designed to serve as an accountability group for men who are interested in training in a positive, encouraging and structured environment to help achieve great health and fitness levels. The plus to this program is that the leader of the group trains with the participants offering guidance and motivation to push to new levels.
Ripped Performance offers a personal and intimate atmosphere with professional trainers that work to elevate your fitness level. It is our goal to fulfill our promise to help you reach your fitness and health goals through a customized training and nutrition program.

We strive to provide our clients with a personal relationship that we believe focuses on you, the client, and pays attention to your specific fitness and health needs in a private gym setting.We recommend that you first undergo an assessment with one of our trainers to evaluate your overall health, balance, strength and cardiovascular capacity so that we can provide appropriate coaching to fit your unique needs.

Highly recommended for young athletes so they train with the correct physical and mental mechanics. RP does not consume athletes; RP produces athletes with good character. The instructors are continually providing ENCOURAGEMENT and SUPPORT to the athletes and PRAYER for athletes, coaches and their families
