Services
You have the right to select the collision repair shop of your choice. No insurance company, appraiser or adjuster can legally force you to a specific repair shop. We are a Direct Repair facility for Farmer's Insurance. You don't have to get damage estimates or meet with an adjuster. Simply Contact us and we will work directly with your insurance company.
Our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you in the process of filling out any paperwork and answering any of the questions you may have about your vehicle or the repair process. Our technicians will begin repairs by disassembling any damaged components so that our estimators and production team can inspect for hidden damage.

I have had some paint work done in the past which was done very professionally. Recently I had a couple of minor scratches which they were able to fix for me in no time! Very happy with this business and they are my shop of choice in the Monterey area!

I can attest to these guys doing an outstanding job with two vehicles that I brought to them. My most recent experience was with my Alpha Romeo that took a hit in a grocery store parking lot. Gene's was able to care for the damage and make it like new. The greatest thing was their customer service which I will say is second to none.

We had Gene's repair our BMW. A hit and run driver dented and deep scratched the driver side front and rear doors. We shopped the repair cost with three body shops in our area and even though Gene's wasn't the least expensive, they were the most professional and prepared the best proposal.
When I arrived to pick up our car after the body work repair they quickly noticed that the work wasn't done right before i noticed it and they were not only apologetic but they made it right for us. If you expect to get what you pay for, treated professionally and you expect the best then I recommend Gene's

So I called to see if these guys could paint my hood. An older woman answered and I explained I needed my car hood painted. she asked me to bring the car in so they could match the paint, but since the hood was off the car I said they didn't need to match the color and that I needed to get a simple hood painted black. she then replied with a "we only do quality work here, I recommend taking it to another shop!" WOW.. I cant believe she brushed me off like that ..., so I guess my money isn't good enough there! BAD...The worst customer service iv ever encountered!
