Overall came to celebrate my sister sweet 16, coming from nyc metro area. Check in was okay but I was informed that pool was closed due to maintenance. When I book I stressed that fact I would like the pool and enjoy activities. And they Expensive and Limited things ;color pages for free and few crafts that you get honestly do print out and do at home) also I have notice that everyone can reuse crayons/markers and scissors they had and no way of sanitizing them after each family usage. Since it’s children I believe things shouldn’t be reuse without cleaning them. Vr they had was ok and fun

We have stayed here a few times. It’s actually become a yearly birthday outing for the boys. When we first visited it was great. It was very clean, staff was great, and everything was just perfect. Even during the winter which is when we always visit we always had a great time. This time however, the room was gross. The “fresh” towels had black… marks all over them. The bathroom floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was so much dust and grime it was just gross. The shower looked clean. The curtains were very dusty. There was mold spots on the ceilings

Hotel was decent. Room was very comfortable and spacious for family of 4. Fridge, safe, and tvs were a nice touch. I like the shower bathroom with a giant bathtub. The staff was extremely polite and accommodating.
My only complaint is the prices of the food . Our family of 4 was too tired to go out and had dinner in the Cafe. $100 for 4 people was outrageous. $14.50 for a frozen burger Patty and $2.75 for a slice of bacon it it? Seriously NYC prices in Lancaster. I had a "Burrito" which was a small wrap. The food was good and edible but NOT worth the prices. 3 bottles of water at the vending machine

UPDATE: The whole family got COVID. Staff did not follow their own mask policy and I never saw anyone wiping anything ever. Basically a petri dish of a smaller, crappier Chucky Cheese attached to a roadside motel.
The kids 8&10 enjoyed themselves. This is why it gets 3 stars. It is a refurbished old MOTEL. Rooms are clean and cute. Blinds are less than worthless, which we found out after we changed into our bathing suits and realized the whole world could have watched. Same at night, nothing to shut out the light. Not all staff abide by mask rules. Breakfast was pretty good. They tried to be too

The rooms are adorable, great staff, the restaurant and gift shop are great, awesome menus!.. prices are also reasonable! I think the arcade should be a bit bigger but kids loved it anyways. There was no body wash in the body wash dispenser and 2/3 lamps worked but other than that we had a blast and will be back soon!

Stayed here for my birthday. Fun, cute, and quirky hotel! Very clean and well maintained. 24 hour arcade is perfect for those of us that get that late night childish urge. Very good hotel nestled near the heart of Pennsylvania Amish country.

It’s over priced, no microwave in the room for what you pay. There was fungus in the indoor swimming pool. It’s more of a motel than a hotel. But my 8 year old loved it. She would have loved a 100$ hotel with the pool actually in the build also tho.

Entire facility was incredibly clean. Room was comfortable and spacious. We paid for a one night stay for our 3 year wedding anniversary and for the price the hotel had sufficient amenities. They have guest laundry that is also self serve which I don't normally see so that was a plus. The fire pits were a nice addition for a cool fall evening. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Being able to see original art framed through the hotel was wonderful. They paid great attention to the smallest details to make the experience fun for everyone. The Bearista Cafe and Cartoon Kitchen had

I do not recommend Cartoon Network Hotel. We were duped by the advertising. Overpriced, refurbished motel, arcade is not really an arcade, dirty damp rooms, spiders and gnats in the bathroom, food was a disappointment.

We stayed from Thursday to Sunday. We loved this place so much we stayed an extra day. From beginning to end the staff was absolutely amazing!!! They did everything in their power to make us happy and… comfortable. It must be said that we are still in the middle of “Covid” times and EVERYWHERE you go they are short staffed and changes had to be made to make it possible for staff and guests to be safe. I hope people would read and pay more attention to the paperwork the hotel gives you when you check in. They clearly tell you because of Covid your rooms will not be cleaned daily
