W & W did a fine job with my special-order jewelry; got it to me in time for Christmas, even though I ordered it kinda late.

My solitaire engagement ring that was purchased out of town became loose two weeks before my wedding. In a slight panic, I stopped by Wattson & Wattson within 10 minutes of their closing time on a busy weekday to see if they might be able to fix it, fully expecting to leave my ring with them while waiting for repairs. The jeweler working immediately looked at my ring and happily repaired it on the spot in less than 5 minutes, then gave me some good tips on what to do and look for to keep my diamond more secure in the future. I wanted to have an old ring redesigned and took it to Wattsson & Wattsson since they were recommended to me by several family members. I gave Chris an idea of what I wanted and he took my idea and sent me a draft that exceeded my expectations! The final product is Gorgeous!!! I slipped and fell in September and injured my ring finger. The swelling was significant and my husband had to cut my wedding ring off. It was the first time in almost 18 years I could not wear my ring. I was heartbroken. I didn’t think I would ever be able to wear it again After 3 months, my finger had healed and I took my ring to Chris. He looked… at it and immediately said it would be an easy fix and I would have it back within the week. He was right! It looks just as it did the day I put it on my finger.
