I stopped in to Wood Jewelers on Washington St. to get a new watch band installed on my dad's watch. The old one was pinching him and the parts I had wouldn't fit. The owner Robert Wood found some parts that fit and installed the new band free of charge. My dad loves his "new" watch and it was fun meeting and talking to Robert. Thank you Robert for squeezing me in and doing such a great job for my dad.

My 93-year-old aunt had an old watch that stopped. I offered to help her. I brought it in to Wood Jewelers to ask: Did it need a new battery? Robert was very helpful in diagnosing that yes, that was indeed the trouble. The watch was so old, though. Would he have the right battery? He did! He put it in, cleaned it up, set the time, and it was working good as new. My aunt was delighted. Really good service like this is so hard to find these days. I found it at Wood Jewelers.

AMAZING!! After visiting another jewelry store down the street, I visited Wood Jewelers looking for an engagement ring. Mr. Wood had everything I needed to pick out the most perfect engagement ring.
