It's supposed to be an income-based apartments but it's really not. Every year rent he gone up. You get charge outrageous prices for replacements and you're not given enough time to be able to cover your rent plus the replacement items. I'm single parent and I barely make it to get the bills paid and now I have to find a way to get $150 to go on top of my rent.

Extremely rude person in the leasing office. They also have ridiculous policies such as: you can't even view the property until you pay am application fee. They wouldn't let my husband come at a slightly later time, though we both work full time, to fill out his part of the application, it also can not be done via phone or email. They also don't accept payment other than a money order. No cash, card or check. This is not listed on their website, so I wasted an hour of my life driving there to have some lady be nasty to me. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I have lived there since August 2017...and all I have to say is positive about the complex...the manager and maintenance are always helpful and attentive...I feel safe in our community...and for the rent I pay, I am very pleased with the apartment we have...I recommend Egret Pointe to anyone who is looking.

I have lived here for the past 5 months and have been thoroughly impressed not only with the well kept complex, but also the friendly, professional, and responsive staff. I feel very safe and well cared for as a resident. The rent is very fair and the facilities are very nice. I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to come and check it out, talk with the manager Jennifer, and the maintenance staff Seth...they exemplify excellence!
