My family was placed here by our insurance company after a horrible house fire where we lost everything. Basically everything went completely south when it got close for our insurance funds to run out and we needed to become the lease holder by December 21st. I spoke to the front office and let them know multiple times from July to December that our rebuild would not be completed until March of the next year and even 2 different office ladies took written note of it on separate occasions. Well come December I stopped by the office to see what needed to be done to transfer the lease to us. ONLY

Overall one of the best community's my family called home for four plus years. Staff here were amazing responsive down to earth and caring. You can rest assured that if you had any questions or concerns that Amber and Pam would do what it takes to find resolve and the answers you needed. Maintenance staff there are very professional and informative always in uniform and friendly. Any repairs done by maintenance staff were seamless leaving your space looking like new and we have never had to go behind them and clean up, because they take care of it all. Brunswick Point has a decent pool in the heart

I have been in Brunswick point for about 2 months ago and I am loving it! It is a great community and the employees there are all great and make sure you are taken care of. Amber Pressley worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted and she nailed it! I would highly recommend Brunswick point and I would recommend talking to Amber Pressley to help you find an apartment!

As a military vet that moved a lot, this is (by far) the worst apartment complex to live in. Windows leak when it rains, AC is CONSTANTLY going out. Broken tiles in the bathrooms, Kitchen was supposed to have tile but didn't. Refrigerator light never turned off so the maintenance tech came out and screwed a light switch plate (YES A LIGHT SWITCH PLATE) into the door to have the light turn off when the door was closed. Walls weren't even painted or touched up since the last tenants. Mold was growing in all the windows. The carpets looked nice and new at first... but after a year they faded

This place SUCKS my dishwasher has bee broken a month, the doors literally fall of hinges. And the maintence team IS WORTHLESS. Theyre rude and literally don't do anything but tape notices on people doors. DONT MOVE HERE. Dreading the months until my lease is up so I can get out of here. I'd rather live under a bridge
