We have been in business now for 12 years in Hyde Park. Our landlords had never been attentive and when asked for a repair, etc., came when it was convenient for them. Kari and Otto have been nothing but incredible! We are happy to say that we are lessees at Herb Redl Properties and look forward to many incredible years now, at our new location in Pleasant Valley. They are the best landlords we have ever had!
I am a true believer that most people that leave reviews only do so when things go wrong. I am confirming that there still are some great people out there that need to be recognized!

I work for a company that has office space at 80 Washington Street. I have been with them for 8 years now and we have never had a problem. I deal mostly with Frank and Kari and they are always nice and attentive to my needs. They go out of their way to chat when I see them and the building is very nice to. A really nice maintenance man works here but I can't recall his name but he is quick to tend to any issues that arise. I think anyone who would consider renting office space here or at any of their other properties, would be doing the right thing. I can't imagine you would be disappointed.

Don't Rent property from this organization. You can not trust them. I was a tenant for 4 years and they said they were renewing my lease and went around my back and rented to someone else by telling them I was leaving. They then told me that mu lease was not being renewed less than 2 month before the lease was up.
