The Bachner Companies own and manage six commercial office buildings including: the Denali Building, Chena Building, Fairbanks Office Building, Little Nerland Building, McKinley Building and the Nerland Building; three strip malls: the Campus Corner Mall, the Eagle Plaza Mall and the Metro Industrial Mall; along with two stand-alone restaurants, Airport Way Restaurant and AK Buffet.

Andy Bachner was born and raised in Fairbanks and is a 3rd generation Alaskan. He really enjoys the Alaskan outdoors and hunting and fishing are two of his favorite pastimes. Andy has been a bush pilot for over 50 years, 25 years of which he was an airline pilot. Andy just celebrated his 30th year in real estate and he really enjoys working with his family and the tenants.
