Let me start by saying that I have not met many business owners as pleasant as Roz. I was walking by her kiosk one day last month while killing some time waiting for my phone to be repaired at the Apple store in the Walt Whitman Mall. Her jewelry kiosk has affordable silver and semi-precious stone pieces, many of which are unique.
We do not offer cash refunds. We have a 14 day exchange policy, and we will happily help you find the right Abigail's Jewelry piece or offer you a store credit. If something arrives damaged, please contact us within one week of receipt at our store (631) 944-0373. We will send you a replacement and advise you on how best to return the damaged item to us.
When you send us an item for repair, please don't forget to include a detailed note with your contact information and the problem with the item as well as a check for $5.95 to reship the item back to you. If possible, e-mail us a photo of the broken item so that we can determine if we can fix it before you send it in.
