FIWL accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), an authorization form is required. USPS Priority Mail is used for all Standard Shipping deliveries, which will arrive within approximately 4-8 business days. Jeff is the best. Shopping for engagement rings was 10x more overwhelming than I initially anticipated. However the chaos stopped the second I sat down with Jeff. From the moment I walked into the store I felt like I was welcomed and being taken seriously. Jeff walked me through every step of the process. I told him what my fiancé liked and what I wanted and the rest was history. We picked out a perfect setting to start with and made some changes to it to make it perfect, picked out the diamond and that was it. I've used them from engagement rings to jewelry repair and even sold some old gold I had. They are ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS knowledgeable and they ALWAYS take care of me! I've sent many people to them and have never had a complaint. They are one of the few mom-and-pop 'real' jewelers left and they are worth the trip! Don't buy a piece of jewelry from those large stores that make a million of the same piece. Jeff still custom makes a lot of stuff and will work with you to find (or make) something perfect for any occasion.

I was initially set on buying an engagement ring in Manhattan but a couple of close family friends told me I HAD TO see Jeff at From Italy With Love.
