The BEST auto buying experience EVER!!! Thank you so much to Christopher and Joann!!! I was worried about purchasing a Porsche 911 from a distance. Christopher was great in answering all of my questions and making me feel comfortable that the car was in great condition. Christopher was very organized with all the paperwork and what I needed to do to purchase from a distance. Joann was excellent in coordinating the shipping of the vehicle to northern California. Very disappointing customer service. I was told I could wait while they did my oil change when I scheduled the appointment (I had done this previously). When I arrived I was told otherwise which resulted in me missing several hours of work for nothing. A previous service I had scheduled was supposed to arrange a rental for me, they completely ignored that. When I had to use their Uber service before my return trip was canceled and I had to pay out of pocket despite their assurances. I just do not understand why their customer service is so incredibly poor.

Bought a used 2020 model 3 Tesla from a car sales man named Weasley, specifically asked with my wife present if this car was equipped with full self driving he stated yes it was and proceeded to show us (my wife and I) on the cars screen that the car had full self driving computer, if the car didn't have full self driving it wouldn't have that shown. A few days later we find out it doesn't have full self driving we were miss led and very disappointed. When I called to ask about this problem Weasley stated that I ask about auto pilot when in fact I never asked about auto pilot. I

Wesley was a great pleasure to make a deal with. I requested information and he was quick to reply and very helpful over the phone. I made an appointment to view the vehicle I was looking at and was greeted by Wesley at his store. From the minute I walked in, I need it was going to be a pleasure. Wesley let me take the Tesla for a quick test drive, answered all my questions and 45 minutes later, I was leaving with my new car. Thank you so much, Wesley and your son!

Amazing service! My daughter’s car broke down the Tuesday morning before thanksgiving. Trent and Jimil took great care to quickly diagnose the problem and have her car ready first the the next day so she could get home for the holiday. We have a few more items that need to be completed that weren’t critical at the time and will be scheduling service with this team after the holidays.

This is the second best experience I have ever had with a dealership. The best experience I've ever had was with this same dealership. They told me exactly what the problem was with my vehicle and it cost me less to have it repaired. I went to two other dealerships and they both told me it was something else. My vehicle has been running perfectly every since. Thank you for your professionalism and honesty. I won't go anywhere else.

Absolutely the best service i have ever received for my M4 BMW.
Had a problem with my alignment and tires. the technician did everything in is power to help me find another set of tires short notice.

I had my car towed there and they quoted me $3800 to put in a new starter for a 2011 BMW 328 I ... I know BMW's are pricey to fix but there's no reason to Jerry Sandusky people ... absolute god damn crooks .. I tapped the starter a couple times with a screwdriver and it fired right up .... Total scumbags

My fiancé and I had been looking for a Porsche Panamera for about 6 months. I came across IAUTOHAUS and we are so extremely happy! Wesley has so much patience with me as I had a million questions. IAutohaus claims they can service a Mini. So I had them attempt to fix a problem that only the dealer was able to resolve. I spent a few thousand dollars there and came up empty handed. I also need to say they didn't check if there were any outstanding recalls for the Mini, which their were, and I ended up paying for that work too. Dealers check for recalls. Mini owners....see the dealer. I know it's not convenient living in the east valley, but you will save yourself a lot of grief if you do.

Went in for an oil change on my 2007 BMW 3 series, they had it ready next day. I was impressed that they performed a Tier 2 visual inspection of the vehicle and provide you the results as part of the oil change. They also washed and vacuumed the car and included a quality leather air freshener- all included in the oil service quote just under $150.
I've found that shops tend to spill oil during the oil change and do not clean it up. Checked under the hood before leaving

I did the dealership thing - heard all the salesy pitches and why I should buy something other than what I wanted- because they didn't have what I wanted. I was looking on car gurus and the exact car popped up at iAutoHaus. I emailed the general email and Jeremy, the sales manager promptly replied. I was able to go take a look at it and test drive it the following day.

The wife and I have been searching for a 2009 Supercharged Range Rover for a few years since losing our 2002 P38 in an accident. We found one out of state for sale down the street from iAUTOHAUS. I was able to book a pre-purchase inspection over my phone during the weekend. Monday morning around 7am I received a confirmation from Chris, he made it simple and was helpful. Excellent service at reasonable price! Definitely will go back when service is needed and I would highly recommend if you don't want to over pay at a dealership.
I haven't had any experience with the sales side but would be willing to take a look.
