Excellent service! As a law enforcement detective, I was hesitant and skeptical about buying a car out of state. I found the car of my dreams and contacted "Justice" at Plaza Motors. Justice was patient with me, answered all of my 10,000 questions, and was very upfront about the process. We spoke numerous times prior to and after the sale. Forgot to leave a review from a car I purchased here a while back that I had a horrible experience with but I will say lemons tend to be cheaper at a grocery store. They sold me a car and never once did it run without the check engine light. Came on as soon as I left the dealer and never turned off. They also never took any type of responsibility. Went through the BBB to file a complaint as well in case the owner says there is no merit or doesn’t remember selling me a car LMAO.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Plaza Motors from out of state and my goodness, was the process smooth and seamless from start to finish. I worked with Drew who took care of everything from providing any details/specifics on the car, a walk around video, handling financing and shipping. Purchasing from out of state, sight unseen can be nerve wracking. Drew took all the stress out of the car buying, financing and shipping aspects. Vehicle was exactly as pictured and described. Obviously with the inventory they carry it was nice to see they still had something in my price range. Probably bought the cheapest vehicle on the lot last year, but it didn't effect the level of service. Probably the only truck they had! Working with Plaza was awesome. This was the first time I've purchased a vehicle that wasn't new and from something other than a certified single brand dealer. I purchased a Mercedes E-class 550 convertible - the car is a 2012, so for me it was a pretty big leap of faith. Justice was customer-service focused, easy to work with and the price was fair. I just took the car to a Mercedes dealer to have the oil changed and a 'once-over' and they complimented me on the condition of the car - a Home Run!!! I would definitely work with Justice in the future.

Justice Rovin on internet sales at Plaza Motors is a real pleasure to deal with. I purchased a low mileage 2017 Acura NSX from him after having it inspected by an independent mechanic. The transaction was mostly via email, many emails I must admit, and a few phone calls. He did not partake in any opportunity to attempt to cheat, misrepresent or fast-talk on the deal. There was no nickel-and-dime haggling, simply his one-time standing fairly firm on his own need to make what I estimated to be a reasonable profit. This is what I would call a salesman of honor.

I bought a Mercedes Benz SL 500 a couple of years ago from these guys. Put about 18,000 miles on it with virtually no maintenance issues. They arranged financing, and it was a pleasure doing business with them.
So, getting older, just don't need that beautiful convertible anymore.
Traded in the 2000 Mercedes, got blue book value, bought a gorgeous 2014 BMW with 48,000 miles on it. They arranged excellent new financing. Went to lunch, came back and signed papers, drove it home.
After a trip to Yuma, noticed a couple of minor problems. A strange rattley noise on acceleration. A burnt out bulb

They totally misrepresent the cars they have for sale. They buy them at auctions in others states after hurricanes, flooding and other natural or man made disasters. They get cars with no history reports on accidents or extreme mechanical failures. They are your typical fast talking used car dealer that makes you feel like you are getting a great car that they stand behind. Once you buy it they totally forget who you are and basically tell you too bad on you. Hahaha..
